Awfull service, so bad I cancelled the insurance. Wouldn't use them again even if it was free! They should stick to losing letters.

Awful - avoid at all costs. Tried to make a claim, and spent several hours being bounced between two different departments, neither of which could help me, due to "systems issues". Was advised to "try again in a week", which in a house with a backed up drain and two young children was a disgrace.

The service was professional with efficiency. Also, I saved money from swapping from my old provider to this one.

Post Office Insurance was not the cheapest but I went with them because of trusted the Post Office......but this was a mistake. Although I ask for a courtesy car to be included and the information suggested it was I then received a phone call from them asking if I wished to pay extra for a courtesy car. I said it was included and they advised ONLY IT ONE WAS AVIALBLE! What did this mean, difficult to get a straight answer. I did not pay extra because this would have increased the price and other companies would have been cheaper. Will not renew.

although booked on line I would have preferred to have received paper documents in the final instance. I am due to renew my insurance and now have no idea how to get my no claims details?.

To claim windscreen damage they made it very difficult to claim, difficult to repair it. And it was only £20 more to do it private.
