Took out my insurance with them, they gave a good quote and I thought a good name too! Then I retired, doing much less mileage and thought I’d update them. Costly error it seems, charged £20 to alter employment,?then £38 more as apparently I’m more risk now? Really?? I shan’t be renewing or dealing with them again, shocking fees behind the scenes and call taker just took pleasure in adding everything the call was going to cost me, charming way of dealing with customers

Phoned the post office about my insurance and enquired about having a rebate for the nearly 10,000 miles I have not driven this year and they said no. However, if wanted to reduce this on the current policy it would involve a change which would include an admin charge. . The second part of my call was for an insurance quote.....sorry Post Office but you ain't getting any more busines/ money from me. Was happy to inform you that you had just lost more business and this will reduce further when the policy expire.

I just signed a contract for a Post Office broadband. The internet speed is extremely poor and the router range is just few metres. I will complain and try to get back my money.

£35 for myself and my wife and son for a week in Spain seemed a bit expensive but we decided to buy. Told in branch that because I have asthma there may be a small additional charge of around £4. Rang the helpline to declare my asthma and was charged an additional £17. Way to expensive with excessive hidden costs.

I took out two policys and got asked to provide information about my Driving licence and proof of no claims. As I have no printer I asked my previous insurer to send me my proof letter , this took 8 days and I posted it straight away and I made my license details available through the DVLA site. As I came back from a short holiday, I found two letters informing me that both of my policys had been cancelled due to no proof of no claims bonus had been recived...Even the policy that required no proof of claims got cancelled because of that... I don't think this is worth anyones money, they can't even communicate. Poor call cetre guys, mine realized within minutes they were just robbing me, I got no money for any of my two policys back, no they wanted more money...so, one month bike insurance cost me more than a whole year-RIP OFF DEVITTS!

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE. Post Office motorrcycle insurance may seem cheap, but could be a very expensive mistake! I purchased insurance from Post Office. When I moved home, they charged my £30.00 simply as an administration fee for the change. My other insurers, car, etc, did not charge anything. I then sold my bike and cancelled the policy. They wanted to charge £55.00 to cancel the insurance, and then agreed not to after a strongly worded letter to their Chief Executive. Even so, there is no return premium, despite the policy having five months to run. Very very bad service. I do not intend to buy another bike, but it would be very wary of any insurer who charges such outrageous fees. I am still deciding what action to take regarding the policy premium!

I will never use Post Office again. When I got divorced my name, address, phone number and car registration changed. They tried to charge me over £100 for the changes. No chance.
