“In my opinion, the Banking Hub in High street, Shoreham by Sea is the best thing that has happened since most of the banks and building societies have shut their doors and closed leaving many customers who are unable to do ‘online banking’ in a very difficult position. As an OAP myself, I get very frustrated with my computer when it won’t do what I want it to do (Banking transactions etc) and when you try to phone the bank, you’re No. 27 in the queue and when you do get through, you’re not talking to an actual person. Aarrrggghhh!!! Thank you Shoreham by Sea Banking Hub.✅🙂”

“I use the sun post office on Streetsbrook Road, Shirley, Solihull fir a number of years now and it’s the best post office in the area. Rarely have to queue and the staff are very helpful and polite. It’s rare these days to have staff that don’t walk away when there is a queue and leave you waiting.”

“Man serving was very rude.Started raising his voice before I even spoke. This was at Heywood branch. I'm in my 70s but in future will travel by bus to Bury rather than go in there again”

“I am happy with the service given during this time, always someone at the end of the phone line and all customer service agents are based in the UK so no language problem. My phone and broadband have been ongoing and where I had an issue, it was resolved finally (very quickly at the end).”

“My present company for Car Insurance. Not happy they tried to increase my premium by 20%. However this was resolved with a couple of phone calls. Have now renewed for another year”

“I took out my phone insurance with the Post Office (Taurus.) The other week I dropped my phone and smashed it. I did the online claims form which was approved immediately, then had the option to post my phone or take to Apple shop. I took mine to the Apple store where I was told I needed a new phone. I initially had to pay the bill over nearly £400, but I uploaded the invoice and job sheet that night. Two days later received a text saying everything was approved. Another two days and the money was back in my account and with only a small deduction for the access. Definitely would recommend.”

“Got through to an advisor quickly, there was no waiting time. My first phone call was for a few quotes, my advisor was very helpful, very clear and very nice. My second phone call was also easy, all information and questions were very clear and easy, no jargon. Both polite boys, easy experience and now ready for holiday.”
