“Very straight forward. Best thing was that when I phoned up to ask about the validation process (which I hadn't come across before) I wasn't left in a queue for thirty minutes or passed on to some bloody computer, but got put straight away to a human being.”

“Excellent service I had 2 heart attacks in June 23 and my van insurance ran out in September 23 because of hospital living I couldn’t renew on time so I found principal insurance in October 23 and they did a brilliant service for me all done on line one good payment for the whole year couple hundred cheaper not paying every month so they have helped me I will stay with them forever now there great”
