“You'll never know how good your insurance cover is unless you make a claim therefore I can't comment apart from it was the cheapest provider I had heard of so that's the one I went for.”

“Renewal quote £100 dearer than online quote. That's just dishonest. Refusing to confirm current no claims status to new insurer.Failed to resolve windscreen claim saying not received email.Not calling back when promised.Have apparently paid out £7600 compensation to an Asian cab driver for personal injuries sustained in a 1mph accident and don't seem concerned that I stated my belief that fraud has occured etc, etc”

“Not sure how this works however I received a great service from these guys, I was unsure for a bit as I insurance my car on my provisional before I passed and the service was great. Fab prices too,”

“Disputed a claim and left me out of pocket for damage caused by another driver to my vehicle. Also, communication was very poor and I had to chase them - was told a decision on my claim would be made within 5 working days and, after several phone calls and emails, this took three weeks. Would not recommend.”

“I had an issue whereby privilege wrote to me about it, I called them and I'm still waiting for a reply but I know I never did what the party that called privilege said I did, but I just did not get an apology letter from them.”
