“I was served by Mr. Naseer Khan at Prudential, Marine One. He was knowledgeable of the product, able to explain clearly and was very patient whenever I have any questions. With his help I am able to decide and select the policy that meets my objective. Well done and excellent customer service!”

“I have called Prudential three times in this week. I’ve gotten wrong information. Been hung up on after a long wait and still have not received documents in my email. I am so disgusted. I want to surrender my life insurance policy with them.”

“with help of EdwardJardine my pru advisor,he helped me with good advice for the future of my pension,he also said my money would be with me in 4 weeks it was bang on time.made me feel very comfortable chatting to me,and gave me excellent advice,.i have always had good experience with prudential.they are the best and get 5 stars from me.”

“Had leak in roof on a Bank Holiday Monday late evening after arrival back from holiday. Rang company & they promised to sort it. Plumber sent that evening & sorted problem. Well pleased with service.”
