“While their investment returns are pretty average, their customer service is far below. I closed out an account to make money available for another investor, the customer service couldn't send the money direct deposit to the bank. It has to be by check because they couldn't verify the bank via phone call. Hmm. Others can. It is now over a week, still no check and I don't know if they have mailed it or USPS has lost it.”

“Contacting prudential is a nightmare I’m sick of trying to ring and get to someone to speak to and putting the phone down after at least 30 minutes. The email address on the recent letter will not allow me to send emails”
