“Avoid if planning to move house, otherwise easy to use company I want to leave a fair review. The insurance process was straight forward enough and easy to complete. Can't fault them for that. The downside is if you ever need to make a change YOU WILL BE PENALISED. I've moved flat, my insurance has one payment left on it and I thought I'd do the right thing to let them know I've changed address - only 7 minute drive from my old place. I have then been told to pay double my monthly fee as a result! As I still have access to my old place I can just move the car back to the old place as I have access for the month but was told that was no longer an option and would have to either pay or cancel. So my advice, if you're staying put for a year - great use Sheilas' Wheels. If you may move to a new address, avoid because they will penalise you for it.”

“would not recommend!!! I found out they were changing me 3 times the standard amount and without breakdown cover. GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!!”

“Terrible. Scam. Make you call them to cancel - but don't answer the phone. I called 9 times and was on hold for 40 minutes each time. Nobody answered. Then they charged me a 3 month penalty because I didn't get through and sent my debt to a debt collection agency. Furious and will be complaining to the FCA.”

“Been with them for 3 months and already can’t wait for my policy year to be over and be able to change. They have a live chat system on their website that is useless as they can’t do anything for you. Then you ring them up and are on hold for 40 minutes to change your address and be told there’s a £26 admin fee for any change you make? Absolute rip off. Fair enough if I’m changing my car but just changing my address seems ridiculous. Woman was rude and sheilas wheels is just a knock off esure”

“All good until you need to make a claim! Our car was stolen and we were treated appallingly by this company. They eventually paid out but they treated us like the criminals for weeks trying everything to avoid paying out. They would not accept CCTV evidence and statements from our neighbours (who are in the police!) and delayed the whole process by weeks, leaving us without a vehicle for a long time and massively stressed and inconvenienced. AVOID and if you have to pay a bit extra for better service, I'd highly recommend doing so.”
