“Poor customer service! Very expensive admin fee when simply changing address. Wasn’t clearly made clear. Will never use again. Charging extreme amounts of money for simply changing an address is not acceptable, especially during lockdown with little or no car use.”

“Charged £26 for a number plate change. Wouldn’t let me change in the app. Although they have a function for this. Made me ring up. On hold for 30 mins. Just to get the £26 pounds out of me. All the good insurance companies made plate changes free years ago! LV, Admiral. All free! Reading below they really take advantage of peoples changes in circumstances. Not a nice company. Took off auto renew. Won’t be coming back”
