“If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I have insured with them for the last few years with no issues, however they had a system error and they took just over £1600 out of my account and then cancelled my policy. It has been over 3 weeks and after calling them numerous amounts of times I keep getting told that the money will be in my account in 3 days, however still no sign of the money. So I am left £1600 out of pocket and no car insurance…”

“While online to Go Compare my phone rang and it was a sales man from Sheila's wheels, offering to deal with my application, as a result I did not get the insurance excess cover from Go Compare! So beware!”

“Competitive rates, always great customer service, UK based so you’re not dealing with a call handler outside of the UK. I was extremely happy with them and only changed to another provider due to a lower rate that time of renewal.”

“Sheila's wheels phoned me within 2 hours of my accident being notified to them by third party. They arranged repairs, collection, car hire (covered) and return of my car within a month of the accident. Always kind and polite on the phone. Very happy with them and have recommended them widely.”

“First time with Sheilas wheels easy to do business with there is normally to much red tape but this was easy I just hope their not like others when they’ve got you they put the price up out of your reach so you can renew each year can only hope”
