“Unfortunately we have been trying for the last 4/5 months to get a claim sorted in which we provided video footage. They have been very unhelpful and have not spoken to us regarding this claim despite numerous calls from ourselves and promises of communication.”

“I purchased a house insurance policy, but as I already have car insurance with them there were unable to provide my house insurance electronically. This was never made clear, and I had to send several emails before receiving my insurance documents.... in the post”

“Absolutely fantastic customer service was looked after by a gentle man called collin when i bumped my car he was so caring and made me feel at ease totally made it easy for me to sort out as iv never dealt with anything like putting a claim in highly recommend thankyou colin xx”

“Absolutely dreadful company. Very nice when they want something from you- but try getting your entitled monthly refund back if you cancel your insurance before the year is up. They promise and promise but the money never lands back in your account. Then they stop responding to your emails. We’ve had to resort to reporting them to the insurance ombudsman. If you have any sense at all, steer well clear. I will NEVER do business with them again!”

“I was in hospital bank they couldn’t take my monthly payment as usual! My sister phoned up to pay what was outstanding basically I had 1 month left to pay and they cancelled my policy altogether now I am paying double what I normally pay and a single parent”
