“Swiftcover has a good all round package regarding the website and how easy it is to navigate. My only gripe is every insurance company is missing the fundamental loyalty issue. I would love to stay loyal but it seems every year I am forced to shop around to get a competitive price. Please listen and reward loyalty then I'll stick with you!”

“It would b easy if we dint have to pay so much excess when I had to claim . After 2 days afterwards I made the claim I got told it was my fault trying to explain to them .getting told it hard to prove it so I had to stand to say it was my fault. At the end of the day I know was not.”

“The policy was fine until I required to use my car abroad and found it wasn't covered which wasn't made clear in the initial purchase. Every time I need to travel abroad I have to pay approx. £27-£30. To date this year, I've probably spent as much on the extra cover as I did on the original policy. Needless to say I won't be re-newing with Swift.”
