NOT only were the repair garage over an hour away but they returned my car in an unroadworthy condition. To add insult to injury despite having protected no claims my Premium jumped from £350 to £650! Sorry swift you have lost this customer.”

Purchased a policy with these clowns for a year, but they rather sneakily keep renewing and taking your money. When I called to cancel they then charge you for the privilege.
I'd highly recommend you avoid these idiots. They'll scalp you, and keep dipping into your bank account for eternity if they can.

Had an accident it was bumper damage, they told me it cost to much to fix so they wrote off my car, I asked for a second quote they told me I had to do it myself, they then sent my car and belongings to Kent without telling me, I have a Bluetooth fitted and wanted it removed they told me they won't do it and I had to go to Kent and get it myself without damaging the vehicle, firstly I live in London second how am I getting to Kent!
