Insane fees for everything, worse than a bank. A company designed to screw you backwards on fees and shitty customer service. Want to change your vehicle? Better pay up! Driven 5 too many miles and we estimate you're going to do thousands more? Pay up! Direct debit accidentally missed? Pay a huge fee! You are taking advantage of and fucking over the youth of today. Well done WD.

very poor every month they put your insurance higher never put it lower i was with them for 10 months and they put it up by 100 pound within them months

Scam. They will tell you on the start you will pay 120 then they rise it up to 360 eventho as you review your scores they are " excellent " they put the insurance up with no excuse On the begging they say there's no cancellation fee But when you cancel they want 600 pound from you Dear wise driving If anyone comes to me with "collection notice " You are getting sued.

The device does not work. IF , i repeat if you manage to connect it with your phone it will either put everything as 100% or put your speed somewhat accurately, acceleration at around 35% what ever you do... night driving is appropriate it chooses what time seems to be night. and breaking... this should be for repeated acceleration and breaking this shows that you're a bad driver. if you hit the breaks because some idiot pulls up in front of you have a reacted and stopped imminently , you should not be penalised for that. when it comes to the app it self. it crashes, it freezes, it kicks you out of the app.It seriously is the worse excuse of an app. This is literally a money making scheme. All data is faked or made very sensitive so that your score becomes lower and you have to pay more for your insurance. please tell me how is it that i drove from Edinburgh to London without speeding, accelerating quickly or breaking fast driving during the day. getting a 100% on that journey. and then the next day i drive for 5 minutes and you catch me doing 55 in 50 and that drops my score by 5 points.... seriously. you tell me that this app works as it should. I will not recommend and will give you bad reviews every single change i get!

Quotes for my insurance come with wisedriving on gocompare come out much cheaper than my actual policy. Cost seems to of gone up alot just for moving/getting a new car.

Very bad customer service,always fail to let you know if it’s any changes comes in your polices,even if they need any further proof for policy not sending any letter or email just cancel your policy,so complicated never choose wise for wise driving.

The issues your company put me through when I registered resulting in wise driving trying to charge me extra money. This situation was dealt disgracefully and the situation could have been avoided by wise driving

The wise driving app never works says that I’m not registered with wise driving. The telematics boxes don’t work properly and are incorrectly installed by the engineers. The only good things i like about wise driving is that the staff are always polite and helpful on the phone and that the courtesy calls when the box tells them you’ve had a crash(even if you’ve just bumped a kerb or gone up a ramp) are very efficient and caring

I had a lot of problems when I first joined. Getting the black box fitted was a big issue as the first time the appointment was cancelled and the 2nd time they came at a time when I said I would not be at home so I had to pay to get it fitted. Also had a issues with sorting out certain details over the phone. I would not recommend this company and will not be using this insurance ever again.

I paid in full for the year for my insurance policy in June and I had an incident on 9/12/17. I logged the incident with covea the same day and I was transferred to another line and logged the incident with them too. I didn't hear again from my insurance company so I rang and I was told that covea had cancelled my insurance on 23/11/17 for no reason, so covea were refusing to discuss anything with me and were telling me they couldn't help me because I wasn't insured. No one could give me a reason for this. This was all stressful enough yet wisedriving told me they couldn't tell me when this would be sorted and that I should keep calling back to check if it's sorted. It wasn't acceptable and very unsettling for me. It eventually got sorted but the next time I rang I was told I hadn't logged the incident and I needed to log it again. I logged the incident on 09/12/17 - the same day as the incident. This eventually was found but the whole experience of talking to customer services was poor. I was kept on hold for very long periods whilst staff sorted out what seemed to be internal errors, miscommunications and carelessness. At one point, a member of the team just transferred me to the black box installation department, iGO4, presumably just to get rid of me. All in all, I'm not happy and it's very disappointing considering I'd paid in full and upfront for the year.

Everything that possibly could. Ended up paying 2k more than what i should of with a threat of cancellation every month and not being able to take better paid jobs as i wouldn't be able to afford the extra insurance costs

I changed the date of my telematics box fitting, the fitter still arrived on the original fitting date. I wad charged £45 for someone elses error. Very unfair
