There is far too much for me to type. But generally a very bad attitude from the customer service team who seem to have no options available to them. Black box picking up acceleration data incorrectly (always at 0 except random days). As a professional driver I feel extremely degraded by the way I've been treat. Would avoid this company at all costs and would cancel but can't due to the fact I've invested over £1,400 in this policy and they are wanting another £400. Wise driving have put me in financial difficulty and seem to be morally okay with it.

They kept increasing my preminum without even telling me way too expensive for someone who is 18 and only just passed and with a black box aswel

After taking the day off to have my box fitted, after ringing you 2 hours after the scheduled time the fitter didn't turn up YET you proceeded to tell me how it was my fault for not calling before to check up on him. It was also MY fault that he was late, the operator even rang his head office to find out where he was, but to my surprise yet again even they didn't know where he was. The box was fitted the week after and didn't connect straight away. It's been fitted since November and I still cannot log in on my app. After checking the guidelines I thought my driving number would go up and down on the regular but to my surprise in hasn't moved a bit since the fitting. This is the first and last time I shall be taking out insurance with you and shall be telling everyone I know in person and social media to NOT take out insurance with you. Haven't even received an apology. Thanks again Have a nice day.

Well where do I start, this company is a Joke, My car got written off by none fault accident and my car has been scrapped and there still making me pay for my policy stay way clear

My insurance was cancelled regardless of giving me an extension to provide my V5 as aparently this was an error.

I have already raised a complaint but no one has got back to me. My initial set up was a disaster, I wasn't told about a lot of things and now i'm stuck in a contract I will probably just leave at the end. I felt like the entire first three months caused nothing but stress. The last person I spoke to was the only decent person I spoke to everyone else didn't care so that was a positive.

I think their black box is very poor and I beilev my score shouldn't be marked down for driving outside of 11pm!

I am extremely unhappy as a Wise Driving customer. The fact you charge extortionate amounts if your score is low is ridiculous. I wanted to save money by insuring with yourselves, not end up spending it in the end. I also feel that the telematics box does not take fair or accurate readings. The readings I’ve received would insinuate I drive like an absolute maniac, which family and friends who have been passengers during all these journeys can account for that I am nothing of the sort. I live in a very hilly area where high acceleration is the only way I can successfully climb the hill, I’m also a student therefore late nights at the library can mean that I’m penalised against my ‘time of travel’ when using the car. My speed is fine which doesn’t correlate well with the other factors taken into account. Ultimately I feel like I am being poorly judged on my driving as a means to make more money and I am tremendously disappointed with your service.

Made life very difficult to prove no claims. Wouldnt accept my original proof, put my policy up and then didnt refund me once I eventually managed to get the document in a format that they found acceptable (that said the same as the other one). On one occasion, the email (from the CEO) was replied to and I asked him his opinion. This was ignored. Will be leaving as soon as I can.

You still haven’t given me my discount of good driving to which I received an email for 3 months ago now! I can’t get in contact when I need to. I have found the same insurance with you but cheaper. You said you would send me revised price documents but never received. Will NOT be renewing unless this gets resolved.
