Everything from month to month, I have been threatened repeatedly with cancellation despite doing everything asked of me they didn’t take my information that was on the front seat when the box was fitted, then they lost the no claims but not the log book and doubled the charges, even when this was sorted out I was still charged some sort of interest. I have even had to ask for an apology as none gets offered. This disgusts me. When I escalated it to a manager he was beyond rude and as I work in a call centre as a solutions expert I understand Exactly how he should have been instead of acting like I was an inconvenience. Oh and when I said I wanted to cancel because of all of the problems I was told I had to pay the cancellation fee of £175 I believe it was. So I have had to endure the worst customer service experience of my life. Please read the notes on my account, it’s horrific! I was with my previous insurance company for years and only changed when I changed my car as they weren’t offering new policies, but I cannot wait for my year with Wisedrive to end as I will not be renewing. I have 9 years no claims as I was a named driver for years and have my advanced driving so I was easy money for you but I have no faith in your company. None at all.

No one has contacted me about a claim I had made, also my partner insured himself on my policy for just one week when I was in hospital giving birth to our son, since then my insurance has gone up around an extra £70 a month, just a joke!

The initial set up took over 2 months. Very poor communication . Would not recommended and certainly would not renew with WiseDriving

Iv still never heard back from a compliant I emailed about a mistake when setting up a policy and was getting passed from pillar to post

The box fitter was very stressed due to number of fittings. I was declined more time to get the right documentation for my NDS. Once this was rectified with 1 more NDS years than originally quoted my policy was 40% higher than the original quote. This was comfortably my most expensive policy in 5 years.

every thing went wrong with you... the communication system with your company in customer relationship does not work at all. although I have contacted you many times, you always claimed that I haven't. I ended up leaving your company, and paid far too much than you have quoted me at the beginning. I am not happy at all, and I do not recommend your company to any one, and I will never ever use your company...the tool that you provide is rubbish....

Very poor and had me at a financial disadvantage over Xmas by increasing my premium without notice. Can't wait until June when my contract ends.

Just took some one of the policy it cost me more money.. 300 pounds more. Certain service can’t be done on the phone. Don’t recemend it to anyone.
