Completed the year of with wise driving, but then my son, for whom I had paid the £1400 insurance, was given a £99 cancellation fee that they said was in the contract. They haven't replied to my complaint about this yet even after my second time of asking.

They take the money, install the box. Then deduct another lot of money, after 2 days of chasing them, it turns out it was wrongly deducted, but I have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund. Then today I get a message my Insurance is cancelled..................All in the 1st Month !!!!!! No phone calls, No reasons, No Customer Service, Sweet F*%# All !!!! How are Companies allowed to operate like this ???

Absolute f**KING jobsworth c**ts and that is putting it lightly avoid at all costs biggest rob dogs on the market spend more money and go with some 1 else.

This insurance/fraud company is wrong on different levels, for starters, they never listen to reason and are very quick to cancel you insurance policy, even so when you been insuring your car with them for couple of years. All this black box monitoring thingy that they have going on for them is rigged, your dashboard shows irrelevant information most of the time. Avoid is you can, if not, start saving money because when something goes wrong, and believe me it will go wrong at some point, it will cost you allot of your time and money. P.S Customer service is useless so don't bother calling them for help. Avoid these con artist.

Paid in full for insurance. Guy was rude about the installation of the black box and was certain I would get a call which I didn't so had to phone them. Sorted that and then they couldn't fit me in for 15 days si my policy would have cancelled anyway. Rang them and cancelled the whole thing. Was told I'd be charge over 100 pounds as I'd had a black box fitted (that's why I'm cancelling it you donkey). Finally managed to cancel it and was told it would be 3-5 days for refund...still waiting! Ugh. I'd never use them again!

THE WORST Insurance company I have ever come across. They lure young drivers in with low quotes and once you commit, every month there's something that increases. I had a whole, new additional premium of nearly £1000 that they expected me to pay based on an average score. I was mortified! Their staff, including management are condescending and don't speak to you like human-beings! This company is disgusting and should be looked into!

this company seriously needs to be looked into.....i got insurance out with them as I bought my girlfriend a little car but she failed her test so sold the car after 1 month (I paid £190 deposit then £91 monthly premium came out they said they had not received my no claims discount email after sending this 5 times and getting an aknowledge email they had not received this ...so they took another £158 from my account without notice and wouldn't of known if I hadn't checked my account .. I cancelled the policy within 28 days with a phonecall to them and they charged me another £44 to do this ...so all in all its cost me £482 for 1 months policy absolute rip off ,,,surely this cant be allowed to happen

I paid my nieces deposit for her car insurance till she got paid, they took the money from my bank card 2 days later, then my niece had a letter a wk later stating they had cancelled her policy because she had not been available to have the black box fitted, she had no notification they were coming out to do it ,she was off work sick on the day they came out even tho they had her mobile number & her email, nothing was received from them, so I am still waiting for my refund from this vile company (6wks waiting so far) ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY SO DO NOT ENTERTAIN HAVING ANYING TO DO WITH WISE DRIVIING

I took out a policy with these guys paid the £315 deposit to then be told my insurance has been canceled due to not having the black box fitted which i new nothing about!!! They did not contact me or arrange to have the box fitted. I paid the £130 for the months insurance & then was told they are charging me £75 cancelation fee although they admitted they didnt state the terms correctly!! 18 days later i still havent received the rest of the deposit money back after being told it days 3-5 working days. Rang them up everyday to be told it can take up to a few feeks, i was put on hold only to be cut off!! Then i was told there finance system was down & there computer has crashed! All they want is money money money! AVOID!!!!!! Still have not recieved the rest of my deposit money! Worst insurance i have ever come across!!!!!!

they cancel my policy for no reasons and they deduct my money from my deposit please avoid this company go for some good company they do business like this same thing happen with my friend also we took same policy for 1 year insurance

Fraudsters. DO not insure a vehicle with this company. They may be cheap when you agree the policy but do not hesitate in taking £400 odd every few months if your score decreases. However if your score increases, they do not pay return premiums and give a plethora of different excuses each time. When you eventually get through to them by phone you are put onto an absolute idiot who knows nothing and says something completely different to the last person. DO NOT USE WISE DRIVING.

Worst insurance company I have dealt with in 35 years of driving. My son has a black box and has averaged good or very good, but they have decided (based on goodness knows what) that his score is in the mid 30's, so have merrily increased his policy by nearly £600. I would seriously recommend that you look for an alternative company - these guys appear to have a business model that lures in young drivers with what appears a cheaper rate, then they seem to artificially load the policy premium by placing their own "special interpretation" on the graphs they themselves produce. Definitely moving, what a disappointment

I have been with wise driving 1 year and just renewed my policy with them. Granted it is the same price but my Driving score was always 60 so i could not Argue. I informed Wise Driving that i would be attending a Track Day at Silverstone, Then Rockingham, And also Santa pod. They informed me i would be covered on the track (I told them the track times before hand)And no fuss. Always quick to answer the phone. I have been driving 4 years and at 22 i still have a black box. It has never bothered me and do not think it will.

Be Careful Teenagers If you insure with these clowns. If you have just purchased your vehicle and call these clowns they will take your money and insure you. As you wont have your V5 as the seller would have sent it to the DVLA. You will be asked to email your log book when it arrives back from the DVLA which can take up to 6 weeks, However, after 4 weeks without any notification they will cancel your policy and the only way you will know is when you have an accident, stopped by the police or like us you notice a bank credit repaid into your account. You call immediately to be advised they wrote to advise the policy has been cancelled as you never sent your log book in. How can I send what I haven't got. DON'T INSURE ME IN THE FIRST PLACE IDIOTS!!! Furthermore, so much emphasis is made on obtaining the customers email and mobile no. However, this is nothing to do with help you the customer but instead a data collecting exercise for there marketing. As the company has your mobile number and made a decision to cancel your insurance which covers you for injury and theft you think they could spend 000.025 of a pence to notify you of what could be a major change. Not forgetting, you could be stopped by the police as the police use the "Not fit for purpose" MID (Motor Insurance Database) MID:- Until the insurance companies get there act together and supply information REAL TIME. You've been warned of these CLOWNS!!!

Everything went wrong, first of all I'll admit when I was in an accident they sorted my courtesy car and repairs within 1 week, however they have charged me over £500 just for extra mileage, this was after I was waiting on hold for 2 hours just to amend my policy, this is the worst company ever, if your looking to lose a lot of money, this is your company!!!! AVOID!!!!

Black box and complaints handler telling me i have very poor scores for breaking and acceleration when i have a 1 litre micra and drive it ridiculously sensibly! Had black boxes for years and never had any problems at all! Nightmare !!! trying to charge me £1200 excess for it what a joke
