I don't even know where to start... Moved house and they wanted to charge me £100 + extra PER MONTH! Cancelled the policy, paid the fine and made sure there was no outstanding balance my end... also asked for my no claims to be emailed to me. I was then informed that I couldn't have this as there was an unresolved claim on my account! This was not true, finally got this resolved and was informed that I was due a refund of £300+ because I was being charged extra because of this claim. I was fairly happy to find out they owed me money. BUT THEN I received a number different emails over a two week period saying I owe them £1000 then £980, then £546. I called on several occasions to be told different information. I have logged a formal complaint but have had no contact for 5 weeks. I just called them today and they said they will be in touch before 8 weeks is up. I never write reviews but I would STRONGLY recommend that you should AVOID this company at all costs! I would rather pay more than deal with them again. Honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with.

They do what they want and the only thing they care about is making money. I been with this ensurance 1 year and I paid 300 pounds of deposit. When I canceled my insurance for selling my old car I had to pay 35 pounds and Of the £ 300 deposit returned me £ 96

Worst insurance company ever. Do not use! Contradicted themselves several times. Threatened to cancel my insurance several times (even with on time payments ). Put my contract up by £38 PER MONTH for no reason! Seems as though they do what they want!!

Absolutely useless. They are now charging me £75 because they are cancelling my policy due to the black box installers calling in sick. I've tried everything but they just push me to the side...never going with these guys again and I recommend you don't too.

Where do I start with this awful company?! I had the black box fitted which was fine. Only to find out a week later that wise driving were going to cancel my policy within 7 days because the installer of the black box had taken a blurry photo of my V5. I took a photo and sent it. This was not good enough. I scanned it over to them. I told them that I had also moved house just after i passed my driving test so now my V5 has my old address on but will send them my new V5 as soon as I get it. A few days later I get another threat of cancellation and had 28 days to send them the correct V5. I explained I have moved house and dvla have yet to send me the document. I never heard a thing back from them. Then out of the blue I had another email telling me that they are going to cancel the policy within 7 days and would incur charges. I eventually got this sorted. Fast forward a few months... I had a car accident and my car was a write off. No claims made, no other party involved. They told me when I advised what happened they would need to keep the claim open incase the council want to claim for the tree. Checked council website.. They do not claim for trees. I try and get insured on a new car well they wanted me to pay numerous figures. First figure was the premiums I was paying at £160 plus another £174 each month. And an extra £120 for a new black box fitted. The next person told me that it would be £54 refund and the insurance is lower. Would not give me a figure tho. Rang again this person said it's an £89 admin fee and then £1007.76 which I have in an email confirming this. I also queried the tree claim to which I was told they should never have kept it open and don't know why it is. Claim closed. I was also advised the £35 admin fee would be wavered the next time I called. I went away to talk to my grandparents about this quote and decided to go ahead. Rang them the lady I spoke to previously was not available and had not saved the quote. This time the quote was £1200. I have now cancelled the insurance with them. They are a scam!!! Don't bother!!!

They cancelled my son's policy because he could not take the 1st appointment to have the black box fitted,in the mean while he was waiting for them to contact him with a new date and never called him He was on the phone numerous of times to get this sorted but left on hold or not getting anywhere with it,I put my son's insurance money into my account for the payment to come out on the 10th may only to find out it wasn't taken at all on any dates after that.my son called the insurance company up to ask why and to only find out that they cancelled the policy on the 10th off may and took the monthly instalment too and had been driving a whole month with no insurance at all,They said that they had sent numerous emails and a letter by post which neither did he get, one he'll off a ass bag of a company

Lousiest insurance company. They increased my premium 150% because their black box contractor took a blurry photo of my proof of no claims. When I finally fought them to get my money back, they sent me an email to confirm amended insurance but with a £35 administration fee! 😡😡😡🙃Obviously I was not going to pay for this because in the first instance, their contractor took a blurry image. I finally got the £35 waivered and keeping my fingers and everything crossable ... crossed until I have my money back into my account. In the meantime, I am looking for a reputable law firm should wise drive fail me. Please,please, please...DO NOT SIGN UP WITH WISE DRIVE

Absolutely useless, tried 3 times to get my black box fitted and then policy got cancelled. Black box company doesn't answer at all and just keep getting redirected.

Everything is wrong about this company, absolutely everything. They have hidden fees throughout the whole process, really hard to cancel your insurance, also take payments after you stop your agreement, i.e you pay for a service which you do not use. Avoid at ANY COST. I am contacting a solicitor straight away.

This is the worst company I have ever got my insurance through. Firstly they increased my payment without informing me, then they told me I should have a return premuim but I never received it or got it taken off my payments. The customer service team are horrendous. This company does not care about customers just the money.

THESE PEOPLE ARE ASS... My insurance got cancel due to not getting the box install. . The company that was to install the box call me to rebook the engineer. I had received an email from wise driving to stay that if I don't get my box install before the 11th May they cancel the box was to be install on the 9th May and was rebook for the 17th.. I had told the lady about the email I had received and I was told that they had spoke to each other. However, it's not until I was on holiday on the 14th and was calling the installation company that my insurance is now cancel. .. I had to wait 14th days to get information on how much refund I be getting back.. After paying £276.00 I was told that I would received £54.70. In 14days .. So after being insure for only 14 days I will now have to wait 28days to get back £54.70.. I am not looking to speak to a solicitor about what I can do to get back at least half of my money .. This was their fault and I just follow policy and procedures
