They've cancelled my policy after 2 weeks and i only found out 2 days later. Rang them to ask why and they couldn't give me 1 straight answer. They kept my deposit and charged me another £125 on top of that. I'm still thinking about taking action against this company. Avoid them. Worst company ever.

They are the worst insurance group EVER! Stay away, cancelled my insurance and didnt let me no for 2 days so I was driving round with 2 young kids in the car. Dont let them put you on hold they cut the line after waiting for 30 minutes to finally get through to some1. Taken money out of my account without letting me no. PLEASE AVOID!!!!!!

YOULL HEAR FROM US. 5 MINUTES LATER A EMAIL SORRY WE HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR INSURANCE.... They charged me the disposit and then more money to cancel my policy, this wasn't even a month with being with them and I cancelled on the 5th and on the 10th they took 125 pounds off of me so I rung them and I had to wait 25 minutes to talk to someone. Tried to get my money back and they said I had to wait 14 days waited and still didn't get an email through. So rung them and they said I still had money outstanding how is that even possible. No one go with them they are a joke!!!

Black box doesnt even work. Completly Useless company use confused.com I got a qoute £1,000 cheaper then Them with big insurers ! SHOP AROUND!

AVOID this company. Cancelled my policy after 1 week of insurance saying that i have made a claim after my accident. However i have not made a claim it was notification only which i stated on the application form. I even sent my no claims bonus which they rejected. My previous insurer also called them to give a verbal no claims and an email which they also rejected. Looking at other reviews i relised i was not alonecaused a lot of stress for nothing. Absolute fraud of a company putting in my complaint with the financial ombudsman.

Absolute idiots would not accept proof of no claims even though Admiral sent a 'Proof of no claims'. Then cancelled the policy with no notice. Do NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

Charged me £35 to change my address because I didn't have internet as I moved! Keep sending letters after box installed saying I haven't had it installed so they tried to cancel policy. They then change payment dates all the time and are always sending letters to the online account, my email and text threatening to cancel saying that my policy isn't valid then when I ring them it's apparently an error yet happens all the time. Customer service is very poor, online accounts are not helpful at all. I have always dealt with one company for the insurance in terms of sorting out payments cover etc, apparently with this company they deal with so much and another company deal with payments then this company wants payments and then the other does and the two does not communicate it's absolutely shocking. And they do not provide any specific information and is very unhelpful

Are currently threatening to cancel my policy because their engineer could not fit the box in time. They phoned to say the engineer couldn't make it and assured me there would be no problems but have then repeatedly emailed and messaged me to say they are cancelling policy. Wise driving are cancelling my policy because wise driving failed to provide the black box in time ???? makes no sense

They want to charge for everything you want updating DD Payments - adress updates. now this being the charge of updating they also add a another amount due to different area. They wont let you cancel without charging you even if its under 15 days. DO NOT USE! youll regret it

I have cancelled our Wise Driving Policy at the renewal but this company have still taken £3487.88 from my account today. Taken me 45 minutes to speak to someone and no luck in getting this refunded so far. I have gone over my credit limit on the card and it's caused a default to my account giving me issues getting future credit. The actually policy was a nightmare from start to finish. AVOID, stick to a reputable firm such as Admiral, Direct Line, Insure the Box or anyone other than Wise Driving. Their policy may be cheap to start, but it is cheap for a reason.

Avoid at all costs. Had a fraud monitoring alert the day after to say my email was on the dark web. I had only set that email up that day and only given it to this company. Also took over a month to refund and they "accidentallly" took my full premium twice on separate days.

wish I could give zero stars. Very unhelpful and very bad service. Their call handling time is atrocious and you will spend 20 minutes just waiting to get through to someone who will most likely be incompetent. I could not have my black box fitted on a week day as I work in a bank so had to fight to get a Saturday installation. Finally settled on a date which was outside of the 14 day window they allow you to have it fitted. The day before I was due to have it fitted I received some horrible news and had to drive to my parents house. I notified Wise Driving of this and was told that I could have my box fitted at a different address. However, they failed to pass this info on to the box installation team and the engineer turned up to my home address. I then had to have the installation rescheduled but the appointment wasn't properly booked and the engineer never showed up. I then had to fight with them to get a new appointment set up and was threatened multiple times with my policy being cancelled with a cancellation fee. I was treated like a child and a criminal. Finally get my box fitted and the engineer shows up at the wrong time! terrible service. Would not recommend. Stay away!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE INSURER. DO NOT GO WITH. They send threatening emails saying that they are going to cancel your insurance over the pettiest and littlest of things. The phone lines are shocking and after phoning MULTIPLE times and being cut off MULTIPLE times, I finally got through. They should treat their customers much better than they do. We (customers) go there and bring our CUSTOM and money to them, so DO NOT treat us like criminals and send threatening and stress inducing emails. Terrible, terrible insurers. I am cancelling with them. They told me they were going to cancel my insurance because I hadn't installed my box, which for me, isn't actually a box, but a device that sits in cigarette holder. The funny thing was that it took them TWO WEEKS to send it to me and in that space of time, I had three emails, which I had to deal with, where they stated that they were going to cancel my insurance. HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO INSTALL IT IF YOU HADN'T SENT ME IT ???????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You absolute incompetent fools.

The absolute worst car insurance company I have EVER dealt with. I had to pay more money to leave the company than i had paid to be in the company in the first place. I was with them for one month and was messed around multiple times. If you needed a black box then it had to be during times where you are at work, as a teacher I could not do weekdays and it had taken multiple phone calls and an argument to try and get a Saturday appointment otherwise I would have incurred yet another charge. If you are looking to get with the company then don't! Absolute waste of time and money. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Very BAD , they pray on new drivers ,over charge cancellation fee £ 75 take ages to answered the phone when you call them plus the will take 14 days to refund your money

Joke of a company. My girlfriend set up her insurance with this company shambles of a company with a £400 deposit and £167 with 1 years no claims. She made an error and realised she didnt have a years no claims as she was out by 4 days. This company then charged her a further £927 a year along with a further £256 deposit!!! Shes 19!!! Apparently her arse must be lined with diamonds.

This insurance company is ran by arrogant and protencious invalids who have no idea what they’re doing. I had to ring more than several times due to problems with my box and consequently had my insurance cancelled as a result of this, I cannot express how awful of a company this is and you should NEVER get insurance with them if you’re thinking about it! Spend that little extra and get someone worth paying for!

Added on fees for modifications that are not even fitted on the car. Claimed I had tinted windows & alloys adding another £130 to an already extortionate policy. Also added on £900 claiming they had not received my no claims certificate even though they were my previous provider. To make matters worse each time they added on a non existent modification as well as adding then taking off the no claims they charged me £35 in admin fees. After it taking over a month (to which it is still not recificed) they finally removed the add on charges for the no claims but left on the interest they had piled on top. They have finally removed the interest but said they would remove all the admin fee to which they did not. Two months into having the policy they have not removed the modifications that do not exist. Their call centre staff are ill advised, useless and rude. I have had nothing but issues with this company, originally telling me I could keep my original blackbox (To which im sure is rigged) from my previous policy. Two days before the blackbox had to be installed immediately told me I had been ill advised and I would have to take a day off work as the box had to go in ASAP or the insurance would be invalid. As a broker they clearly taking people for a ride, adding on extra fees & charges that should not have been. Once this policy has ended I would never use this company again. I would actually rather pay more to go with a different provider than use this company.
