I have been with wise driving for 2 months after 1 week and a half I had an accident (none fault) infomed them about what happened, my car was taken by the 3rd party and they told me they will put my account on hold and i informed the black box, A few day's after I got my car they cancelled my insurance because they said the black box is not in my car. I had an accident before they could come fit the box in I already informed them of this but they don't care and they said they can't do anything about in it out of their hands. This insurance keeps going round in circles they don't listen I had to keep telling them of my situation had problems from day one. They don't care about costumers they just take your money. DON'T INSURE WITH THEM!!!

Failed to meet me for black box installation at the right place. Then charge me and say it’s my fault when I was waiting all along!

Wise Driving cancelled my policy as their engineer failed to take sufficient photos of my V5 when he came to fit my black box. Most disgusting of all is that I had to pay £150 for him to provide this serivce, which he failed to do and consequently my policy was cancelled following one email which I missed, their lack of customer service and communication is shocking. I ended up paying over £1000 for 2 months insurance including my deposit and was refunded less than £200 an a mistake which was their own! Disgraceful company, was simply told sorry nothing they could do or I could pay £450 deposit again to start a new policy! Avoid at all costs.

Wise driving demanded I pay an additional £495 as my driving score had dropped. I had already paid a £2000 premium so demanding another £495 in a week with threat of cancellation says it all about them really. DO NOT USE

Took 1 years car insurance £1600 ,paid in full. Cancelled after 2 months, Paid £75 cancellation fee and expected to get 10 months worth back. Not at all....They charged me another £175 for what they called DAILY FLOATING RISK. and no repayment of the 10 months insurance . I might as well have said nothing and then i would not have had the cancellation fee and DFR. When asked how this was all calculated the person said it was confidential. so no explanation about why i have been charged the DFR and no reimbursement of the years fee.

Absolute thieving scum! Was lured in by a cheap quotes and this year I am quoted double the amount! And whilst being insured with them I’d been driving well, I got random fines of £70, £80 and £75 saying I’d been driving at inappropriate times, braking to hard etc.. just silly excuse to make me give them more money!! DONT USE WISEDRIVING!!

Pathetic scammers. Told me I couldn't have a black box installed after taking the day off work waiting for the man to arrive all because when he got there he said my alloys were PAINTED black which I did not know as I had just bought it from the garage. I was then sent a email saying my insurance is cancelled and that I would be charged £75 fee for the appointment and £150 telematics fee as well as the two weeks insurance. I have no idea how a painted alloy effects my insurance in the slightest. After reading reviews I'm under the impression they use any excuse to cancel your insurance! Even tried ringing and was told 'I'm not being rude but this is your fault' it is not my fault I was totally unaware the alloys were painted and even said I would have them painted back silver. I was also hung up on after waiting on hold for 20min to speak to a supervisor. Compare the market needs to remove this company!

DO NOT insure with this company. After spending £160 on a deposit I was told my monthly premiums would be £70 which was perfect. The installer failed to install my box on the day arranged and I had to wait another week. 2 weeks after my insurance was what seemed to be dealt with. They bumped my premiums up to £94 due to a mistake from WISE themselves. But there is nothing I could do. They then asked for my no claims discount proof. They asked me to send over my latest renewal quote. I did this and received an email thanking me. I have no just received a letter informing me that my renewal documents are not valid proof. I sent over exactly what the asked and I am now being asked to pay £140. My months premiums have doubled. Avoid at all cost. Absolute con

The penny-pinching motor insurance giving telematics a bad name. Insurance is about peace of mind but WiseDriving is far from that. They use their telematics technology to squeeze as much money as possible from you, sending you 'speeding alerts' even for moments when you're at 26 mph on a 20 mph zone. The customer service is appalling and they make as much money from customers wanting to cancel their policies as they do from new policies. WiseDriving is a trading name of iGo4, an insurance company with the worst online reviews. I recommend you avoid both like the plague.

Don’t go near this company they will charge you for everything even when you didn’t get it charged me for box that wasn’t fitted what I am now taking them to small claims court there staff are terrible tell you complaint is shut and won’t talk to you about it won’t even pass you to the complaints people read the reviews about them not on there own web site what must be fake god help any one who needs to claim might be the cheapest but will end up being the dearist please stay away if you don’t you will regret it it should be no stars not one

Do not get insurance with this company, they charge you extra money even if your driving behaviours are acceptable.my normal price was £280 but after 1 month I had to pay £465 per month. I wasn’t even driving during the day so i have wated my money with this company.

DO NOT insure with wise driving. Don't be lured in by the cheap insurance as you will be charged so much fees. You will end up paying so much more. I have just cancelled my policy and have recieved an email saying i owe £223, 75 of this being a cancellation fee (understood) but the rest is a fee for the black box which i will no longer be using!

I wish I'd have seen these reviews before I gave them £350 The installer diddnt turn up to fit the box as he couldn't find the address even though the sat Nav takes you straight to it He supposedly tried to call me when my phone had full signal and I had no missed calls, I even called the installation company on the day to find out where he was Since then I have had to rebook the fitting in the cancellation period and have received an email saying they are charging me an extra £45 for missing the installation when clearly the installer had knocked the job as he was running late he didn't even attempt to drive to the address as he would have seen the car there and found it straight away Currently in a saga with them, just want to be insured and not have to call them every other day its a complete headache. After reading these reviews I tried my best to get the box installed and make everything available and the guy still didn't turn up. DON'T INSURE WITH THESE! Unless you like headaches

Scammers....will hit you with spoof " bad driving " reports via your black back to try and increase premiums ( even though the car was in a dealership up on a ramp for days awaiting parts)

My policy was cancelled because as they said I haven't plugged the device into my car . I have phoned them and told them the device was not working and kept me on hold on the phone for half an hour to reply to me then the line was released by them and they didn't call me back to explain, then 2 days later it was cancelled. I have paid 192 pounds deposit and 79 pounds for the first month . Then they said that they will not refunded me back any money as i have to pay 75 cancellation fee and 115 pounds for the device ( USB) which wasn't working. Totally rubbish, worst company in the world.

Do not touch this company... the insurance isn't worth the paper its written on to the individual. They offer cheap insurance because its cheap customer care. They will do anything to cancel the insurance, usually using the Black Box as leverage. Previous customers need to complain to the insurance Ombudsman, this company should not be allowed to operate!
