Worst insurance company I have dealt with ever. Was offered cheap insurance for the first couple of month ago £57 per month, couple of months later, I was told I exceeded my mileage and hence had to pay any extra £500 making my insurance rise to £210 per month. I was told 150 pounds none refundable for the fitted black box and that if I wanted to remove it from my vehicle, I had to pay them £90 and £75 cancellation fee. Honestly, they messed me up and I would never recommend wise to anyone. Avoid avoid avoid. Angry customer.

If I could out zero I would , ITS A SCAM company took a 450 deposit from me sent me a faulty device then cancelled the company will not (even though they where in breach of contract ) give me my money back AVOID AVOID AVOID , see you in court guys for my loss of earnings and every penny back , don’t be like me and believe scammers guys go else where pay more , in the long run you will save money trust me and every other terrible review I’m also not getting a refund and now supposably owe more haha company is an absolute scam

Not willing to help just want to take money off you anyway they can. The site for the black black is shocking it doesn't tell you how to improve it just gives you the score. Also I downloaded the app it wouldn't even allow me to log in. It's safe to say I WILL NOT be going with wise driving ever again.

My driving has improved immensely, thanks to the black box fitted in my car, my driving improvement made Wise driving reduced my insurance premium, amazing !

Purchased a policy with the company. They sent me a telematics device to track my driving, which I set up. However, a week or so later I received a letter stating that my policy was cancelled!! The telematics device hadn’t been working, through no fault of my own!! I was charged with a cancellation fee and the premium had gone up! Still can’t believe this!

canceled my policy on the 22nd may, wise driving then took two payments from my bank without my concent using the direct debit, Once i contacted them i was told they would refund me the full amount. Then on the 9th july (nearly two months) i was sent a cancallation brackdown showing i was to be refunded only £44. When i contacted them there was no help saying it was pre worked out with the finance team, Even though i fully paid everything on day on cancallation.

Do not use this insurance. They give you the first month cheap and after that you will get constant emails saying your driving's not up to scratch or you aren't connected on their system correctly. After you send all of your documents to them they claim over and over again that they have not received them. They never answer the phone when you call and after all of this you get an email saying they are cancelling your claim as they haven't had a response from you. Absolute joke.

I was told braking and acceleration go together and I would have to be doing over 3500 revs constantly to be in the very poor for acceleration- obviously im not, however when I called it fixed itself for 5 days, this is bringing my score down so obviously im not happy as my score remains good when it could be in the excellent. The email service isn't that good however, the phone service is good. Ive only been with Wisedriving a month now but if this doesn't get fixed from other reviews I expect to see a rise in my premium which is already over 1,500 as im a young driver.

They cheat customer in giving them cheap insurance for the first month and thats it.second month you are told that u exceeded your miles therefore we need to charge u more.From 50 pound my insurance came up to 160 pound.so i cancelled my insurance with them and got a better and cheaper deal somewhere else.

My daughter has only been with this company a month and they are trying to tell her that the log book that has been emailed is not acceptable, I then scanned the log book and she emailed it again to then be told it's from the wrong email address I then emailed it from my email address which is registered with them as they said she had till midnight to send it. They still messed her about. My daughter has !!just!! Had a baby and this is putting so much stress and upset on her. I am absolutely fuming and disgusted with this company they have no idea what they are doing and are robbing innocent people of money!! 😠😠

Will never understand how the breaking score works as I’m always in poor section but my overall score is very good apart from that great service

Due to the stupidity of your company where I have an engineer at my car ready to fit a black box, and I am on the phone to Wise and have been for 25 mins after being put on hold by one of your advisors, I promptly cancelled the installation of the Telematic and the policy. For the life of me I can't understand why the simplest of tasks could not be performed.All I asked was that the start date of the policy got changed from the 6th of July to the 4th. I am then duly informed that I will need to start a new policy and I will lose my deposit and have to pay another deposit. I have never heard anything so sublime. It's the dumbest instruction ever. Bearing in mind I have a guy twiddling his fingers waiting to see if I am going to fill in another application on line so that he can fit the Black Box ..... probably an hour later.. That must have been the most exasperating experience I have ever came across on a pathetic automated system.... I see from the reviews you are getting hammered and quite rightly so with that performance.... Instead of starting a new policy with a new company I have renewed my existing policy with 1st Central. More expensive and add that to my phone bill that your company has cost me, due to incompetence I am bloody livid...Utter abject service from Wise. Total misery from start to finish
