Changes premium prices constantly so you end up paying more than original quoted. 100% do not buy insurance from this company.

Low cost but sent false texts saying I had exceeded miles. When I checked I hadn't... The texts read we are cancelling your policy. Constantly charging for extra fees for things they say I've done then investigate and then apologies and refunds. Bad company... Deliberately sending badly worded emails to scare you into purchasing more miles when you have enough.

I am livid with this company. Each time i have contacted. The notes have not been logged. Only contact i recieve is via email. Black box is in 12v socket and if you remove it and put it back in straight away. ( to try and get the device to work) you recieve a threatening email to cancel your policy. I have made a complaint and discussed the potential wiping of an indemnity claim made by my disgruntled ex partner (which i couldnt afford and was unaware it happened and very flustered about) the kind lad on the phone advised me that he will speak to a manager to try and get something arranged. This eased my mind he told me he would call back. NOTHING. So sent an email to get them to contact me and i recieve one back saying they haven't got any notes on the conversation i bloody had with him! And that I should call them! Then 20 mins worth of my minutes on the phone with them only to tell me to ring back tomorrow. I have no intention of renewing my car insurance in september if this doesnt get solved asap. And ill be making further complaints if this carries on. As i pay 98 pound a month to get shafted and not listened to.

Con artists, cancelled my insurance even after I rang to explain the reason the car is not in use and even after going out of my way to ensure the car was used just to send some data off whilst it was not in my possession and they cancelled it anyway. The call centre is also useless as it's clearly just someone reading from a script.

This is my 3rd review about this horrendous company ripped off for £250, then had the cheek to say my son owed a further £6! Now he gets a email and now he owes £26! We're does this company stop, these sham companies need stopped

Personally couldn’t think of a worse car insurer, DO NOT TAKE INSURANCE OUT NO MATTER HOW REASONABLE THEIR PRICE IS! I have always had issues when trying to ring them as they never seem to have any answers nor do they bother to find them. My first contact with them was regarding my black box statistics which seemed incorrect, I requested a call-back when they had the information regarding the stats and was told I would receive a call within 48 hours, a year down the line, I’m still waiting. My most recent contact with them was regarding my No Claims Bonus which accumulated to 0 somehow, which was shocking for me to see. A tiny bump set my black box off and I received calls endlessly to file a claim if required, I explained the situation and told them it wasn’t a claim I’m willing to put through as no damaged occurred. Wise Driving being the insurance broker didn’t relay my information back to Highway Insurance (the underwriters) so this affected the NCB. After spending three lunch hours on the phone to them, it was still left unresolved. I spoke with a lady who had no idea about Claims, when asked to be put through to someone senior she refused. However, she did put me through to the Claims department and this lovely lady explained what needed to be done in a simple way so I could understand exactly how to resolve this. Thankfully this was resolved, not by Wise Driving but by the Underwriters. Biggest mistake going with them, never again!

Review update 14 days after cancelling my policy 1 day policy and no refund. They tried to take more money out of my bank I cancelled my policy after reading all the negative reviews on all the other review sites ( take a look )

The worst company I have been with, when you call the call centre to do any changes or even try to cancel they don’t even know what they are talking about half the time. Surely they are given training before picking up the phone!? I urge you not to waste your money and go with this company!! I will never again and will be telling friends and family not to either..

Horrible customer service. Cheap premium, until they start throwing non negotiable charges at you. Changing the goalposts on my no claims bonus. Shambles of a company, and I've had to go to the ombudsman.

I recieve nothing from them. I would like emails and texts on updates on how I’m doing, or even something to help me with the app and logging in. I’m sure this can easily be sorted. Many thanks.

Was charged for “missing” an appointment to have my box installed when the engineeer didn’t phone me to let me know he had arrived and then when I reschueduled and finally had the box fitted he installed it incorrectly and meant I had to book yet another appointment for installation with a much better engineer who explained the terrible job the previous guy had done. So I had to have 3 days off work due to poor work from your engineers and consequentially I was still charged for missing my appointment and when I emailed you about this I was given no response.

I cancelled the policy within 48hrs, I was kept on hold for ages and they increased my premium by almost £100 because my v5 had a different purchase date ( my car was a repossession ) My direct debit loan has still to be canceled.

I wouldn’t suggest calling them as the customer service team give you the run around promising call backs and just finding the easiest way to get you off the phone in the quickest way
