They paid me some money back for good driving, then the next month they made me pay more to then even though my black box score was 71. RIDICULOUS!!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! They are rubbish with communicating and just hang up on you. Awful and I will be sueing them

So bad all iv had is problems been insured for almost a year now had to change my car cos it was old so phoned them to tell them everything was okay the following week I get pulled by police I’m not covered by any insurance so I phone them back and they tell me I have to pay for it again so I weren’t having none of it as they have taken the first payment already so it gets sorted done now I have had a phone call off my mum saying I’m not insured again as they have put my private number on a different car but there’s no help from them at all they drag it out I have had to have a day off work to sort it out will not be renewing it as they are a waste off time

I have been with them since April, I've had one pay back and now I have to pay them back because my acceleration is on 0 1000% it is not that bad, I go into try gear at 30 because that's what the insurance company told me to do,everything else is on 100 but my score is 71 the whole thing doesn't make no sense to me. Taking money is all the care about.

After paying my deposit and arranging the black box to be fitted ( they couldn't find a slot until after the date the box needed to be fitted) and they cancelled the policy....no fault of mine.

I wouldn’t recommend wise driving as the black box is interfering with my electrics in the car my electric windows don’t work and my roof won’t go up when locked car because of box

It’s a con Been driving normal no harsh braking no fast acceleration no speeding but still the black box shows I’m doing totally the apposite, So I think it’s a con all this black box so they can put the price up of your insurance

Wish I stayed clear of this company, was supposed to be easy to install the black box yourself but I had to take it to a mechanic to fit it for them to then send me an email saying it wasn’t fitted correctly and when I phoned, they wouldn’t send anyone out to help me fit it, I asked if I could get help over the phone and I got no help whatsoever and told to take it to a mechanic, so disappointed, terrible customer service

Run far away when you see this name. No comunication. I paid the whole amount for insurence. £900 They took another £80 from my bank acount, and set a direct debit. I called them 4 times, and every time they said that they gonna refund my money and they still didn't. No receipt given, no email, nothing. They just robbing people. I am going to court for that. This company shouldn't exist anymore!

So stupid this company had the black for 2 weeks driven carefully. But because I drive at night time it puts my score down all I can say is I'm definitely changing company on a few week. Would highly recommend a kid this company at all costs. That's the best advise I can give. Absolutely disgusting service

Hi, We're sorry to read you're not happy with the experience you've had so far. There is no curfew so you can drive at any time but as you mentioned this will affect this area of scoring if you drive between 11pm and 5am. This is because statistics show you're more likely to be involved in an accident between these hours. By reducing or not driving between these hours you reduce your risk of being in an accident. It is also important to note that the areas are weighted differently so some will have more effect on the overall score than the others. The time of day score is the lowest weighted so will have the lowest effect on the overall score. Thanks, Vicky

Horrendous company to deal with never again will I have any dealings with them.changed me 348.57 in fee even though I had emailed to cancel.phoned them up and was told I should of spoke to them to cancel even though in there terms and conditions it said to contact them which I did. It seems a lot of people have had the same rip off done to them. Leave well alone

Emailed my proof of 1 year of no claims to you in the form of a forwarded email which my previous insurer sent to me when I requested proof. Was then informed it wasn’t received so I sent it again. Soon after I received a letter advising my monthly payments have doubled because the proof was not received. So I call you and am then informed the proof needs to be in the form of a pdf, which I was never told until then. Instead, the agent and I call my previous insurer and get the proof over the phone. Weeks later, I then receive another letter which showed my monthly price has still not gone down to its original. I call you, and the agent advised the previous agent I spoke too didn’t actually change no claims bonus on my account. So now I have to pay a £35 admin fee because you it has taken so long to get sorted? When there was no communication or feedback advising how the no claims should be sent, and then your agent messed up. Great, excellent service, thanks, amazing.

First year was fine,then found a much cheaper quote.Emailed to cancel policy only to be sent a direct debit for the continuation of the policy.Phone them only to be told I should of rang them instead.MY FAMILY AND I WILL NEVER USE THESE AGAIN OR THERE FINANCE COMPANY.Very poor service and seems this is there way of taking more money from you.
