Be Careful Teenagers If you insure with these clowns. If you have just purchased your vehicle and call these clowns they will take your money and insure you. As you wont have your V5 as the seller would have sent it to the DVLA. You will be asked to email your log book when it arrives back from the DVLA which can take up to 6 weeks, However, after 4 weeks without any notification they will cancel your policy and the only way you will know is when you have an accident, stopped by the police or like us you notice a bank credit repaid into your account. You call immediately to be advised they wrote to advise the policy has been cancelled as you never sent your log book in. How can I send what I haven't got. DON'T INSURE ME IN THE FIRST PLACE IDIOTS!!! Furthermore, so much emphasis is made on obtaining the customers email and mobile no. However, this is nothing to do with help you the customer but instead a data collecting exercise for there marketing. As the company has your mobile number and made a decision to cancel your insurance which covers you for injury and theft you think they could spend 000.025 of a pence to notify you of what could be a major change. Not forgetting, you could be stopped by the police as the police use the "Not fit for purpose" MID (Motor Insurance Database) MID:- Until the insurance companies get there act together and supply information REAL TIME. You've been warned of these CLOWNS!!!

Everything went wrong, first of all I'll admit when I was in an accident they sorted my courtesy car and repairs within 1 week, however they have charged me over £500 just for extra mileage, this was after I was waiting on hold for 2 hours just to amend my policy, this is the worst company ever, if your looking to lose a lot of money, this is your company!!!! AVOID!!!!

Black box and complaints handler telling me i have very poor scores for breaking and acceleration when i have a 1 litre micra and drive it ridiculously sensibly! Had black boxes for years and never had any problems at all! Nightmare !!! trying to charge me £1200 excess for it what a joke

Took my daughters money £360 then emailed to say they could not insurance her as they are only a Brooker they are getting finance in your name if unsuccessful they refuse to insure you and then charge you £75 cancellation fee total disgrace

Would not expect 3years no claims discount although it was fully valid absolutely outraged and even with there complaints procedure and am now going to proceed to the financial ombudsman avoid this company at all cost !!!

Be very careful! I paid for my daughter's insurnace on my card as her insurance has gone up while using the black box, four months later without notice they tried to take additional money out from the same card details!! It's a license to print money. It's so difficult to control your outgoings when your on a budget.

The worst insurance company I have ever been with. When I had my accident, they threatened to cancel my policy because they couldn't fit my black box. They couldn't fit it because the whole of my car was in pieces due to the amount of damage (which was due to storm damage in which a tree fell onto my car while I was driving to work). They didn't seem to understand this and caused much grief with me, my family and the members of staff at the garage. Then, when they did fit my box, the man decided to warn me that if the engine management light comes on to contact them and never gave me a time limit. So eventually I'd had enough of their attitude and snotty customer advisers and ended my contract with them when it was due for renewal to then discover they had already taken money out of my bank to start a new policy which I never agreed to and I'm pretty sure on several occasions in the past, I've told them I won't be with them once my year is up. Even though I'm not with the company anymore, the engine management light decided to come on my car while it was in for a service. It's only 3 years old and has been perfect. When my car was scanned, they told me it was a foreign object as the error code was "unrecognised". I told the garage I had a black box fitted in which it still had not been removed. Surprise surprise, my engine management light was on due to the box. After complaining to wise driving, the very quickly said that there was a "3 month" gap after the box had been fitted for them to sort the problem out in which I was not told about. Long story short, I'm having to fork out £90 to have the box removed because it wasn't fitted properly. Such an inconvenient and useless company and I don't recommend them to anyone.

Awfully organised insurance company!! Never had to ring an insurer so much and everytime you ring you're on hold for at least 10 minutes!! In the end they cancelled my insurance because my black box wasn't installed in the deadline despite having valid reasons (car breakin. Down and needing repairs) and them telling me they understood and would extend the deadline. Eventually they decided they wouldn't extend and cancelled my insurance, charging me £75 for their incompetence!

PLEASE DONT USE !!!!!!!!! this company in over all over 3 months has cost me £2800!!!! first of all the black box engineer cut my ecu of my car , he held his hands up , after months of batteling with this company they told me it was my fault and i had to pay to get my own car fixed , then after getting my car back in two months it cost me £400 PER MONTH !!!!!!!!!!!! and the guy (gary osbourne ) i spoke to to try and rectify this couldnt care less , litterally told me he didnt want to help me and again it was my fault . i have been waiting 8 weeks for my compaint to come back for cutting my ECU. and still no responce . i have no choice but to take this company to trading standards, and when questioning gary to see if the had been on rouge traders he replied ' i dont know ' how can you not know if the comapny you work for had been on something like that ?!!! cannot believe i have been SO stupid to go with this company . PLEASE ! YOU THINK THIS COMPANY IS THE CHEAPEST ! ITS NOT ! IM OUT OF POCKET BY NEARLY £3000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i paid a deposit off 400 pounds and then recive a letter saying i have to ring them or my policy will be cancled so i ring them for them to tell me i have to pay my insurance in full off another 1200 pounds or cancel my insurance well as i couldnt afford the money i had no other choice to cancel so they waved the cancel cost and giving me a refund off 200 pound but yet i agreed a policy and a contract but yet they want to charge me because they dont want to insure me and then try to charge me to remove the box the custemer service is discrasful the worst attitude ever and also told me they believe this is acceptable what they have done to me ive read my terms and conditions and i will be taking them to court for breaching there contract as i have it in black and white and also told me i shoyuld off recived a letter explaining why this has happend and i have not i would not advise anyone to go with this company ever!!! all the people could tell me was they were sorry they are4 nothing but scams!!

Honestly some of the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I renewed my policy thinking it would save me money but surprise surprise the next month, my premium DOUBLED! I then wanted to cancel my policy as it would be cheaper to insure elsewhere, and have been left with hundreds of pounds of hidden charges. They said they would send me a cancellation breakdown to explain these charges which never came and then after no word for 3 months, I get a final warning letter! DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE!

I would score wise drive a ZERO if I could. I swapped my insurance over thinking I would save a hundred pounds on my insurance. Worse mistake I made. Never use or book with wise drive. Terrible service. I now requested to cancel and they will be charging me a total of 700 quid for a months insurance.
