The opportunity to earn reduced premiums through good driving it is just great, perhaps underrated. I had no issues so far so I'm quite happy that I chose WiseDriving!

I’ve had an ongoing problem with acceleration score on my black box and all you said was it’s my driving style so I changed it and still no different to what it was before

I have been charged £106 for my braking and acceleration which I was not given a previous warning about changing otherwise I would be charged, as a new driver your braking and accelerating isn’t going to be perfect but I would of thought they would of made some allowance for that rather than just charging me for it. I could understand if my speed was way over the limit as that’s what I thought was the most crucial aspect of the black box but as for charging me about braking and acceleration being a bit off, with no warning I think is completely non acceptable. At least if I would of been told why I’m going to be charged rather than the fact that I am going to be charged I could of made changes before doing so.
