Filled out all info correctly on comparison site, took me to Zenith, all completed except for No Claims. Submitted No claims, got a call saying they needed a certified translation as it was in Italian, did so at cost of £50 for 150 words. Submitted this, got a call to say they don't accept foreign No Claims and don't insure anyone who has zero No Claims so i cancelled policy, they still charged me for the 3 weeks it was 'insured' (which was the time it took for them to request translation then reject it). Terrible to deal with.

Zenith kept me on the phone for half an hour and after cutting me off another one and a half hours before they reputably solved a problem that should've taken 2 minutes. Despite what they said about non-premium call number BT charged me £15.97 for the call. Don't insurance with this broker they are beyond appalling.

I feel like no one speaks to each other who works there.. they have messed me around so much. trying to take money out of my account for a claim that somehow got added that's not meant to be on there.. anyway, sorted that out supposedly by getting the documents from my old insurer and sending them to the email I was told to send them too, so ive followed all the steps they've told me to do, however.. I rang up again to see if this had been sorted, IT HASN'T BEEN DEALT WITH.

Got this insurance via a comparison site. The company called itself performance direct, they in turn use a broker called grove and dean. I wish I had done some research before parting with my cash as when I cancelled the policy which cost £260. All they would return is £7 what a rip off these companies are

Awful company, rip off policies, unfair treatment of customers and add claims which were never made whilst taking your no claims. They may offer you a cheap quote initially but its down hill from there. Avoid at all costs!

I had 3 years no claims from 2 previous insurance companies which are well-known hastings and admiral. Zenith would not accept them because they were not on a same piece of paper from previous insurance which showed all three, even though i had proof. I even called my previous insurance and they said because I am not with them they can not add the no claims which is understandable but my current insurer (Zenith) should do it for me. Really bad customer service and so rude.

Do not insure with Zenith!! So I had to up my mileage on my insurance due to job changes which put my current insurance up to £136 per month. I got quotes on compare the market and Zenith quoted £88, I cancelled my current insurance and took a new one out with them. I had a letter requesting me to send a picture of mine and my Dads driving license so I called to check this is correct and sent the pictures via email. Friday 24.02.2017 I had a letter dated 17.02.2017 saying my insurance was being cancelled at 23:59 on 27.02.2017! I called them today 25.02.2017 to be told they didn't receive my email and they can't stop my insurance being cancelled. I googled issuers with Zenith and there's so many complaints about them & they're actually 1 star out of 5-10 on numerous sites. Cancellation of an insurance policy from the provider goes against you when you take out another policy but thankfully the lady in Admiral spoke to her manager and he said not to put it against me. Their words 'Zenith are known for this, especially with under 25's or 'risky' drivers!' Says it all! Don't bother getting insurance with them. Pay that little bit more for a decent, trustworthy company!! This has now cost me £178 in cancellation fees and the fact Zenith refuse to refund me my deposit!

I received a call from Admiral Van Insurance today to confirm my auto-renewal (who have insure(d) me through Zenith for the last year). I have recently changed address and took the opportunity to tell them about it. After updating my address from South Wales to Hove (HOVE! - hardly a hot bed of criminal activity) I was informed that Zenith had voided my insurance, because... well I'm not really sure why, and that I was now being charged £65 cancellation fee. What the hell? I change address and my insurance is cancelled, and then I'm charged for it? I'm just flabbergasted, what a ridiculous way to operate.

Awful company. Chose to pay my insurance monthly and the company took 2 payments out of my bank account on separate occasions without my permission half way through the month when i had already paid. Then they charged me a £25 late payment fee for the payment they were never supposed to take! Awful customer service every time i've phoned them to try and get a refund for both of these payments they took. Then when i want to leave the company, they try to charge me £80 leaving fee! Such a bad company, I would recommend staying away from them! Luckily i never had any larger problems or claims i had to get their help with, I doubt they would've been any more helpful.

I insured my car with Zenith having had a clean 15 years of driving with no accidents or claims. I had a small bump one night returning from taking my children swimming. I contacted Zenith who took details and advised I would be contacted the following day by a garage and a courtesy car would be provided. 2 weeks later still no contact. I called several times in the next two weeks and was passed from department to department each time with no one seemingly having a clue what they were doing. Eventually they told me my claim had been passed to the underwriters for a decision regarding processing my claim or voiding my policy, their reason for this was the excuse I had changed my job title in the past 18 months. Again I was told I would be called the following day which never happened. They were uninterested in the face I don't use my car for business or that I was not using it for work on the day of the accident. 6 weeks later I received a very cheeky letter telling me my policy was now void because I had been in breach of contract and that they were voiding my insurance back weeks before the accident and that I would receive no refund of the years policy payments made. Their attitude, customer service and total lack of communication was a total disgrace and Zenith Insurance are nothing short of crooks. Anyone reading g this would be well advised to STEER CLEAR of Zenith Insurance unless you want to get fleeced!!!

Absolutely shocking insurance company. Worst ever. Please avoid using Zenith. They sold my car without my content even though it had outstanding finance. They admitted to selling the car without my permission and also that my car had otstanding finance but said it isn't illegal to do so. Am currently taking thisattercliffe to court. Wish me luck

after speaking to zenith about a delay from the DVLA sending my licence back, they agreed a 10 day extension to submit my licence as the share your licence details provided by the DVLA was not adequate even though it shows all your details and more. I sent through an old photo of my licence within this extension period to an email copied and pasted from their website to which they did not receive apparently. rather than phoning or contacting me knowing there were pending issues my policy was canceled along with £36.50 extra tools cover they charged £70 cancellation fee £30 extra fees and £47.90 for time insured. all because of their inadequate customer services and email contact. upon offering me a new policy it has gone from £456.40 up to £540 plus i have to pay the £36.50 for tools cover but nice of them to wave the cancellation fee. absolute jokers not helpful at all and every person i spoke too had different rules for the issues. highly highly recommend you do not insure through zenith!!!!

Not me but my son - arranged insurance via the internet - but noted that he was not insured to drive any other car - phoned back within the hour to stop payment being taken - but told it was to late - he cancelled the policy and was charged an admin fee of £30 Always thought admin was actual paperwork being produced - i will not use Zenith and will not recommend to anyone either
