When I tried to claim told me they would repair my car and put into storage but when I called for update was told my insurance was cancelled due to the fact I apparently had 4 other claims that I did not declare which is not true and now won't give my car back till I pay for recovery costs, in short worst company and disgusting customers service

didn't realise my car insurance had automatically renewed 4 months ago and the premium had increased by 1000% to £3100 Phoned Zenith insurance said they sent me an email never got it, phoned the next day to chase it up and then told me of we also sent a letter never had one. So I said why the massive increase to be told that's just the price it is so asked why when I checked today it was only £350 oh it change day-to-day they are no better than Internet scammers

God help you if you have a claim - you've to wait for an eternity, go through countless choices on the automated service (which is on the 0345 rate) , What happened to the efficient service that we pay for ! Best go elsewhere for insurance in my own opinion

They put null and void our policy which we had more than a year because they apparently didn't know about SECOND driver points for speed from 3 years ago? NICE. They somehow did that in may where we get the notice 2 months later in July. HOW. Stay away from them. They seems nice until it comes to giving you money or smth.

Stay away from them, disgusting company. They charged me £198 two months after me cancelling my policy saying that there is an open claim on the policy whereas there was no claim. They passed my details to a debt collection company even without telling me what the extra money was for and if I was suppose to pay that at all. Only way of communication is phone calls, you can't communicate with them through email. It may be cheap but please stay away from them, they are absolutely disgusting company.

Carelessness and lack of clarity on their behalf led to me cancelling my claim and paying 250 pounds to get my motorcycle out of a police compound myself.

Rude staff on the customer service help line. Looks like a dodgy insurance company anyway. I'd advise people to get insured elsewhere

Won't be staying with these guys I had a accident nearly 3 years ago and because of that my insurnace gone up from 161 to 200 then to 306 a month not even a simple sort out disgusting customer service

This company has to be the worst company ive ever been with their policy is expensive and offers no benifits. Their helpline is always rammed nd hard to get to talk to someone they r a very poor insurance company and i will never go with them again!!!!

They cancelled a paid in full policy with no explanation no notification and a refund took over two weeks to arrive. They stated they sent a recorded delivery letter buy could not say when it was delivered not who signed for it. Scum of the earth leaving be for the first time in 43 years driving around with no insurance the consequences of which do not bare thinking about. All they said was, did you have and accident? did you get stopped by the police, no then what is our problem? Total disregard for their customers

you wouldnt pay out on my stolen motorbike , i just did a night shift at hull royal infirmary i got home at 06.30am and put my scooter on my drive, as my wife was up at 09.00am so i left it on the drive for an hour and in that time some one stole it . i usually keep it in my dining room but since my wife was up early i didnt want to wake her up bringing it in the house, and since you put a GARAGE endorsement on my policy you wont pay out i havent got a garage, and you use a wording loophole in saying a locked building which is very unfair and i am going to the ombudsman to ask is that a fair decision.

AVOID ZENITH AT ALL COSTS!!! Would put no stars if possible. They cancelled my insurance after 6 months for absolutely no reason at all. When I spoke to them and asked why, they said they could not provide me with a reason and could not pass me on to anyone with an answer as no-one within the whole company would have an answer. I have not defaulted on any payments, I have not changed any of my details, no justified reasoning whatsoever. AVOID!!

Absolute rubbish takes money out your bank when they feel like it ! The customer service are more intrested in arguing with you then helping avoid with all cost disgrace !

Scooter stolen sym 300, just kept flopping off I phoned them about 5 times still no answer into payment for theft, just kept asking about what was lost in bike seat? Sent key log book to them registered mail... they said never received them? Terrible customer service stay clear of them..

They never explain their policy correctly to you keep you hanging on the phone ,don't call you back ,there motor insurance schedule is not clear they are a JOKE, been driving 30 years worst company I have ever dealt with , if I ran my business like this I would be out of work. STAY WELL CLEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot describe how disgusted I am with the service provided. Surely as an insurance company you should contact me with updates on a vehicle in your hands not the other way round?! Not one person of your 'team' has been helpful, let alone put my mind at ease till this date. I will never be using this company again I do NOT recommend anyone else too either. Absolutely outraged.

I took out the insurance via comparethemarket. It never once stated that I would not be allowed to drive other cars. What a waste of time.

My car was hit from behind when I was stationery and the third party driver excepted the blame straight away and handed me all the required details, I called my insurance straightaway and was informed I would have hire car and my car would be sent to the garage for repair, I'm still waiting as they have said they sent the wrong details away then they said the third party had not reported the accident. I asked if they need to access my car to make sure it's safe to drive or give me a hire car but No they are not interested . Was told it may take two weeks for the insurance companies to agree and communicate ,
