Fast delivery but item doesn’t work at all used in different TVs in 3 different rooms and nothing at all

Arrived in good time and were a great product, however the charging case no longer charges the bids unless plugged into a power source

Not too happy with this screen protector. It didn't stick properly and had to get one from carphone warehouse.

Product was fine for 2 weeks then the sides of the protector started to become un stook. Surpose that's the problem with curve screens tho.

Website a bit all over the place so difficult to select a delivery location with the web page jumping around and delays in responding. Delivery to the location I eventually got lumped with was efficient and very efficient to pickup there.

The battery literally lasts 45 minutes. No more than that. When I am at the gym I never finish my entire routine with the earphones because the battery dies and then it takes me more than 1 hour to recharge them. However, when they have battery it works good.

I paid a bit extra to have my ink delivered in 1-2 days but it took 3.

I'm disappointed that the black cartridge 302 XL is not recognized by the printer and thus it seems that the black cartridge has a small amount of ink in it. I have been assured that the cartridge is full and to keep printing, let's see what happens

Fast service let down by courier that kept trying to deliver after 6:00pm to an industrial premises when we were shut. I would have paid extra for a decent courier.

I bought the Type-C to 3.5mm Aux Adapter in order to use existing headphones with my new iPad Pro. It was delivered very quickly but unfortunately did not work. Inks Direct responded very promptly to my request for a refund and this was dealt with within a few days. Top marks for customer service, pity the product didn’t live up to expectations.
