“I was surprised to see that they were not the HP official inks when they arrived as they looked like they were on the website. They do seem to be working ok so far though. I presume now that that is what compatible means.”

“Unfortunately the inks appear to be incompatible with my printer in spite of website stating otherwise. Delivery however was very good. I would appreciate your view on the inks purchased working with an Epsom XP235”

Hello Yvonne, The product you ordered does indeed work with the xp235. There is a straight forward workaround to get them to work. Please give info@inksdirect.org.uk an email with order reference and they will have you up and running in no time. Thanks Inks Direct

“No problem with the inks and prompt dispatch. However, the DPD courier took his time: it would have been far quicker with Royal Mail. It took much longer than 2-3 days to arrive. And DPD have no delivery on a Saturday.”
