Hi Valerie, Thanks for the feedback, we actually had a slight wait on the item arriving from China. Rather than have you wait we sent out the set we had in stock then sent the remaining set as soon as it arrived. Apologies for the delay Inks Direct

“I can't really rate the quality of the toner or cartridges as I haven't used them yet and won't use them until the current cartridge is empty. However, I can say that the cartridges arrived within 3 days of me ordering them. Well done, Inks Direct.”

“It was easy to order and I also paid extra for next day delivery. I was guaranteed if it was placed before 1pm I would get the order next day. However, whilst order was placed before 1pm it was not till a few days until I got my order. Don't pay extra for delivery is literally it I guess.”

“The goods were delivered quickly. And half fit and work perfectly. The others won’t work. However as the offer was cheaper than buying anything else I can’t grumble”
