“I PHONED AN ORDER AND THE ASSISTANT ADVISED I WOULD RECEIVE THE CARTRIDGE IN 3 DAYS. After 6 days it had not arrived. I phoned and the Assistant was shocked, and said there had been a misunderstanding. I received it by special Post next day. The product is good.”

“despite the fact that only 1 [one] item had been ordered [one pack set] I received two packs of inks , the two were charged before being despatched. more than I needed right now but I will be keeping them. A great pity, for otherwise the transaction went well. Mr. F.Richardson”

Hello Mr. F.Richardson, Thanks for your feedback. I've just double checked and it appears you've checkout twice 5 minutes between orders. I'm not sure if you weren't sure if the first order went through and then placed a second order order but we don't have any control over this. You have to actively enter your payment information and place the order 2 times. I have refunded back the second order as clearly you only wanted 1. Thank you Inks Direct
