“I'm pretty dissappointed in the customer service, across 3 separate platforms, you chose to not reply. When calling you wait until you get to position 1 and are either hung up on or told to leave a message, which no one ever returns. Come on Georges you guys can do much better for your customers. Definitely won't be buying from you again which is a shame.”

“Enquired about my order of a new camera body and was told that it was in stock and that it would ship the same day I enquired, it did not ship that day even after the staff member checked the order and said it definitely would ship. When I enquired the next day I was fobbed off by another staff member who said they were too busy and didn’t even contact their dispatch team to find out why it was delayed. This poor response only came after 6 and a half hours of trying to enquire as to why the order was not shipped. I will never spend thousands of dollars there again!”
