“Always Good - Getgeared have never failed to give me First-Class service, both on line and at the Leatherhead shop. This extends to their Returns policy:- I miscalculated the size of leather jacket I required, followed the very clear instructions and received the replacement almost at once. The new jacket must have been dispatched as soon as the 'wrong' one arrived back at the shop/depot. Very happy customer!”

“Efficient no problem delivery of quality goods. - The socks worked extremely well, I had to use the bike in the very poor snowy, ice cold weather last week. “Customer service - Recently I had cause to return a pair of motorcycling trousers has they had developed a fault. I contacted Getgeared for advice on how to do this. The staff were excellent in dealing with every aspect of replacing them. A returns label was sent to me to enable me to return the faulty pair. I received a new pair of trousers by return post. Top notch customer service that is rarely found these days. Thanks, I would definitely recommend Getgeared and will be using them again.”
