“Great service, great stock, great website, great process, let down by packing - Very impressed with the process of ordering, I took advantage of a discount and a freebie, beforehand buying a rucksack and back protector, the neck warmer was thrown in. All should have been packed and sent together, sadly it wasn't, the neck warmer was omitted from the order. One quick phone call and the order was checked and the neck warmer sent by first class. So, even with a hiccup, GetGeared came up trumps. Five star all the way.”

“Barry went above and beyond! - Rang needing an intercom urgently after failing with other Bike Shops - dealt with Barry who was superb, ordered at 2.50pm on the Friday, arrived with me at 8.30 on the Saturday - meant we were able to leave for our trip able to communicate with the GPS and each other. “Excellent service - I ordered 3 items, a Rukka jacket and trousers as well as Alpinestars gloves. The trousers were dispatched separately and when they arrived I called the Leatherhead branch to find out where the other items were. The person who answered checked my order and said that the items would be dispatched from Leeds and the gloves were on back order. He then asked if I'd like the jacket sent separately and upgraded the delivery to 'next day' as he said the order was high value. I was offered the opportunity to order different gloves, cancel or wait for the original order. The gloves were then sent the next day by 24hr courier. Oh, and I used the 20% off voucher sent out for my birthday which saved me a nice chunk of cash and used the 0% 24 month finance option. The prices were already competitive and I'm more than happy with the overall process.”
