“Excellent service. - Excellent service. I ordered some wet gear and a helmet on line. The wet gear was perfect in size, style and quality but the helmet was too small and I found it a little too bulbous (open face) for my liking. As I was going away two days later I took the helmet back to their Leatherhead shop rather than post it. Despite Greta being very helpful I couldn't find one I liked so was promised a refund. I had notification this had been done on my iPhone before I even got home!! Spoke with Victoria at their Head Office (again superbly polite) who confirmed it had been done. A welcome change to find a team who understand good service!! Products in store very good too. I bought some straps etc. Cathel Maclean, Farnham As”
