“Great customer service - It is when things go wrong you find how customer friendly a company is. I ordered a Spidi jacket which when received was missing the H20 out inner jacket. I popped into the Letherhead store and they could not have been more helpful with the lady who served me checking the Leeds store for a replacement ( and a larger size). This arrived by post two days later no hassle no fuss. Cannot recommend Getgeared highly enough. I will certainly be using again and again many thanks”
