“Excellent service - I phoned the Leatherhead branch to enquire about a suitable back protector for a new jacket. Held had changed the pocket dimensions since my earlier jacket and the original protector would not fit . I was dealt with very efficiently and promised a call back . I received the call within 30 minutes with the information required . I placed my order there and then and received my parcel within 48 Hours . Brilliant! As a footnote . I have bought many items from Get geared over the years but on this occasion (purely because of time restraints) I sourced my replacement jacket from a high profile online competitor. My mistake! They were absolutely useless in dealing with my issues with the back protector. Needless to say I will be returning to Get Geared for all my future purchases.”
