“Excellent service. - I wanted to buy an item that was not in stock at the branch I'd attended. The manager was able to research the item, took payment and arranged delivery to my home address, she was professional, courteous and helpful throughout. The item was delivered to my home within 7 days. Communication was kept throughout. All in all an excellent service. Thanks.”

“Get geared aim to please - Just bought a shoei helmet for my son overseas. GG were very good in dispatching quickly. I also got a promotional voucher so this made the deal very competitive. This is now the 2nd major clothing purchase I have made from GG. They aim to please so I found it easier to use their "contact us" email system which was answered within 48hrs. So patience is needed. I cannot fault GG from my personal experience.”

“I use these guys regularly. Highly recommended - I have used Get Geared for various things. Prompt hassle free service this far. Long may it continue. My only gripe is the automatic enrolment for sales emails. I'd like to have the choice or at least some level of control of frequency etc. Otherwise, it's the 'spam folder' which does rather defeat the object, I'd have thought chaps.”

“Best shopping experience ever !!! - Visiting my sister in Reigate I suggested we might take a trip to Leatherhead and Getgeared. I knew they hadn't exactly what I wanted in stock (Brown Forma adventure) but I thought I at least could try the black ones out for size. I also tried out a Lazer helmet for size. I hadn't planned on buying anything as I only travelled with carry on. I was attended by Erfan who gave me excellent service (remember that when he want a raise ;) ). I ended up buying both helmet and boots which were arranged to be shipped from the warehouse in Leeds to Sweden (for £4 !!!). It was an extremely pleasant shopping experience, I can't praise Erfan and his colleague (who discussed Pokemon with my nephews) enough. My items arrived promptly to Sweden (3 business day after I got home). I'd recommend anyone without hesitation to shop with Getgeared. Cheers, Peter”
