“Very good customer service - I recently bought several items online and was happy to see return labels included. As it happens I didn't need to return anything but having been stung by other companies it was a nice touch. One of the items I ordered wasn't available, but the customer service team called me and were very helpful. My only small gripe is the stock checker not being accurate. Still waiting for gloves I ordered two weeks ago. All in all a very good company who I will buy from again.”

“The only shop I go to - I use Get Geared for a number of reasons. They're generally on point with price and they stock a good variety of brands. The reward points scheme is pretty useful. Their free returns policy means if I shop online I can try several sizes before buying. But most of all, it's the customer service. I've dealt with the customer service team on the phone and had customer service direct from the lads in Surrey and it's always absolutely perfect. People are helpful, professional and timely. If they say they are going to call you back, they do. If you have an issue, they do their best to solve it for you with minimal pain. I don't even look anywhere else now. On a given item, if you want to ship from abroad you *might* find it cheaper, but if it does not fit, you're not going to get the standard of service you do from these guys. Absolutely magnificent.”

“excellent would give 10/10 - Put in a rather large order with Getgeared for myself and the wife. Helmet, boots, trousers gloves full kits all came packaged well. we were informed of delays on part of the order and everything was in perfect condition. wifes boots ended up being slightly to small so got them returned and exchanged with no extra for the shipping and a very friendly CS team. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.”
