“I ordered my phone last Wednesday and it arrived safely last Friday . There was a slight issue with my SIM card working in my new phone . When I contacted the support staff they were so helpful, friendly and quick with dealing with me . Thank you for your help”

“All the great reviews I had read about GetTech where spot on, I ordered my pre-owned Samsung galaxy s9+ at a very reasonable price, I was advised that there may be some signs of wear and tear as it was pre-owned, when I received my phone (by very fast post) I was amazed by the condition of the phone, it was like I just bought a new phone ( not a single buff or scratch to be seen), I would highly recommend GetTech for an absolute bargain of a phone and the best of all is it comes with a 2 year warranty for piece of mind. Many Thanks to GetTech Graham Ivory”

“Very impressive service so far. Phone was delivered just two days after my order went in. The refurbished IPhone 6S was in " As New" condition as per the order. Going on what I have seen so far I would be confident that the back up service will be equally good. This customer service survey is also a good touch.”

“Ordered a phone before dinner and it was delivered the next day even during all this Covid 19 stuff..... phone itself was a pre owned s8+ and it's like new, few tiny scratches but other than that it's perfect Unfortunately they sent me an iPhone charger instead of a Samsung one and a week later I still haven't recieved the proper one so for that I'd take a star off and give 4 because the phone itself and delivery was outstanding”
