“This was my 4th time ordering from get tech and delighted with my new iphone se. The only problem I encountered was a delay in delivery due to stock issues but once this issue was discovered a solution was provided immediately.”

“I ordered two iPhones from gettech over the last 6 months. Both were in great condition, and seem to be working well so far. There was a delay in the second iphone, it took over 3 weeks for delivery, however that was over Xmas and covid was causing issues. The communication was good and it was explained what was causing the delay and when it would be resolved.”

“Overall I am happy with my order. It arrived quickly, was well protected in its packaging and the screen was only slightly scratched. The case included was the wrong size and one of the scratches on the screen makes it look like a pixel is damaged. But other than this, the phone looks good as new.”

“I found gettech very good. There was a delay in my phone being shipped about but they told me why and when it would be out and was very informative. The colour I wanted was not being shipped out anymore but they rang and emailed me and told me and gave me options of other colours and the women was very nice and appreciative. The phone I received was so good basically brand new. I love it.”

“Fast delivery. Purchased iPhone in 'Good' condition not knowing what to expect. The iPhone I received was in very good condition, with barely any usage-marks. Included a charger-cable and screen protector”

“I purchased an iPhone XR for my son and he's delighted with his phone. I purchased an 'as new' phone and it really does look brand new and is fab. I found Get Tech really easy to deal with - it's rare to find a 'real person' at the end of the phone, but I spoke to someone twice in follow up to my order. Their communication was excellent and thorough. I would have given five stars but my order was not received for a number of weeks instead of the 3-5 working days as indicated when I placed the order. I understand that his was in the lead up to Christmas and the phone I ordered was not available. However, the company communicated with me throughout and even though it came down to the wire I did receive the phone in time for Christmas.”
