“We have purchased a number of times from this website and great service- fast delivery and also the phones are in perfect condition. On one occasion, we had an issue with one phone and their support service was fantastic. Resolved issue for us promptly.”

“They are very efficient and they always kept on communicating with you up until your gadget is delivered , mine took long because the colour I chose was out of stock , but once rectified they quickly deliver it .”

“I ordered an iphone. I ordered the phone in white however they emailed me afterwards saying they no longer had white in stock and I would have to wait. They offered me to change the colour and so I did. I didn’t really mind doing this however it did slightly annoy me. The phone was perfect when it came though.”

“This is my second order from gettech. First order was Xmas present for my daughter phone was perfect. Most recent order phone arrived not working and even though I was a difficult customer they still sorted my replacement for me and new phone is perfect. Customer service was great they did go above and beyond for me”

“I recently purchased a refurbished IPhone 8 from Get Tech. It was important to me to buy from an Irish firn (Get Tech is Cork based), so they satisfied that criteria. I chose them based on their positive feedback; which in my opinion is justified!Which is why I’m paying it forward. I chose a phone in “good condition”(which it most definitely is) & I went for the “new battery” option; as a healthy battery life is extremely important(particularly with an old handset). I I had some anxiety & queries on the above but their Customer service team reassured me with detailed explanations. I have to commend them on their speedy responses ( honourable mention to Rue & Cal for all their help). I would (& have) recommended them to others. I’d be happy to buy from them again in the future. Get Tech appears to be the only firm offering the two year warranty which certainly offers peace of mind. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was that they didn’t have availability in my chosen colour & I had to select another. My phone is running the latest OS 15 and the battery is still @ 100% several weeks later! Strongly recommend Robert”

“I tried to puchase a phone but unfortunately due to covid issues it didn’t work out. In the future I will probably try again. The company tried to resolve it. But unfortunately I couldn’t wait as it was for a present. Customer service was very helpful”

“I had an issue with slow delivery but Cal in customer service was so helpful and explained there was a problem processing the model of phone i wanted. the phone arived and i had ordered good condition but it seemed like new apart from the battery health (83%)i also did not receive the free cover and screen protector but i have emailed customer service and hopefully that is sorted soon. Overall i would order from gettech again because the phone is perfect and customer service is very easy to deal with.”

“I recently bought a Iphone X for my son for a birthday present which he was delighted with, had to ring customer services who were very helpful and professional, price was within our budget.
