“Disgraceful service. Paid nearly €500 for faulty phone as Christmas present and despite emails, phone calls and phone being sent back, I have only received ridiculous auto replies when looking for any kind of assistance. 6th January and still no resolution to problem!! Had to contact Sales as Technical staff are conveniently not taking calls. Spoke to "Online Manager" and she hadn't the ability to assist. This company has no interest in resolving any issues but very keen to take payment. Would strongly advise to purchase elsewhere”

Hi Joanna, My sincere apologies for the experience you have had to date. We can appreciate that it was a very inconvenient situation for you. Unfortunately at the time, our support lines could not handle the volume of calls coming through during the holiday period and had take queries through email - we have since resolved this by tripling the size of our customer support team to ensure that this does not happen again.
