“Tamara was amazing in responding to my emails, great customer service but I still have not receive my product. I ordered a set of scissors on the 10th of November and it's now the 22nd. I was told that it has been sent off on the 15th but there wasn't any tracking number yet as of today. I've just reached out to Tamara again, I'm sure Tamara will be getting back to me later in the day. However, I was just wondering if it usually takes this long to receive any products?
I've seen a few reviews that the orders were delayed etc but majority of the customers received their products within a week.
It was also quite misleading on the website where it says shipping usually takes 2-4 days and that was why I purchased from the store. I understand covid would take a bit longer to be delivered but that notice could be reflected on the website instead?”
