“The company ensured I was ordering the correct item before sending which was great. Unfortunately there was a problem with delivery to wrong address but the company kept me updated and refunded me promptly (even though another customer had let them down with re-delivery of the item) Felt like a more personalised service than dealing with a bigger company.”

“Awesome website and fantastic service. Goods were dispatched promptly too. It's just a shame that they use NZ Couriers as their service let's them down a little bit. They failed to deliver to my door and I ended up picking the parcel up from the depot. Courier Post provides better service. Or would have been a 5 star.”

“Good price and easy to shop but the product packaging and feel inside was not great. The item seems like its opened and resealed. But I can't be bothered about asking why.”

“Took a lot of effort to find the contact details and get responses initially when having to return a faulty product. The replacement item was sent out quickly and hopefully will work ok this time round. Packaging however, was insufficient to protect the item in the post but it looks like the courier was careful with it.”

“Great deal and fast delivery. I was only looking to buy black cape as I have only 1 white and it is not right to use white cape when I am coloring hair. Luckily I found your site, searched and saw a deal with a set of shears (cutting&thinning) a cape, a small brush, a comb with 2 clips and a handy rasor all in one price, although the cutting shear is not that sharp at the end that you cannot do a point cutting technique, but still I am happy with my first purchase. Scrolling for more products. Thank you.”

“This is a good product and (when working) does a great job, but it’s not very powerful...... I have to shave every second day instead of every third day (my preference) because the shaver just clicks and stops! I have to plug it into a power source for it to ‘click’ back into service - a real pain! It MUST be washed out after every shave! I will probably look into the foil type next time.”
