“They sell products that they do not have in stock without mentioning it on their web site. I paid for a product and immediately received an automatic email that the order is confirmed. One week passed and there was no news from them. I called them but nobody answers. Their phone immediately goes to voicemail. I emailed them and after 24hours they responded saying that they do not have the product and it will take another week for it to arrive at their warehouse. They are still selling that product on their website without any mention of it being out of stock. I asked them to cancel my order and they are taking their time to reply. I will look into lodging a complaint against them. This is not how you do (honest) business!”

“Has been absolutely hopeless. Order placed 9th December and still have not received my replacement shaver head. I got an email on 20th December after 2 follow up emails to advise product was no longer in stock and could offer different color of same product, I was naiive to accept this solution as since then I have had no contact to confirm if this has been processed or product sent. I have made multiple attempts to contact via emails and phone calls and voicemail and no response. Service not great and waste of time.”
