Incorrectly charged twice for 'missing fuel' despite filling up the tank on both occasions for returning the vehicle. Took several emails to resolve and get refunds.

I got drenched taking pictures of the vehicle on collection and at drop off. The car needed a vacuum. The car itself was okay but the messing around with an app to take pictures and answer questions about the condition of the car, not good.

Is unfair how there is extra charges on top of fuel difference.

Customer service should be open longer then 10pm. I pick up a car at 9.40 pm and could not reach a customer service and then find out that the shut at 10pm. Car was broken at pick up. Could not move and could not be able to contact owner. Left without any help. Lost money on rental as they do not refund an extra insurance. Not so pleasant company.
