My engagement with Zealthy turned out to be a hard lesson in what seems like deceptive practices. This experience has taught me the importance of warning others about their misleading tactics. When I signed up for their weight loss services, the actual costs vastly differed from what was advertised on their ads, social media, and website. The absence of any mention of additional medication fees led me to believe that the monthly service fee covered all treatment expenses. This omission wasn’t just misleading; it was blatantly deceptive. Their ‘Get started for $49’ promotion failed to reveal an extra $200+ MONTHLY cost for necessary medication, on top of the ongoing $130 monthly fee. Even the most basic plan ended up exceeding $300, which was deeply frustrating. Moreover, the non-refundable nature of the initial $49 payment compounded the misleading nature of their marketing tactics. It’s important to note that you can obtain the same medication from your doctor for free if eligible, along with a proper evaluation by a physician to ensure it’s suitable for you. A significant red flag emerged when I realized the system allowed medication selection post-payment without a proper assessment by a physician or nurse practitioner, disregarding the review of medical information and lab work. This disregard for prioritizing health over selling medication is alarming. Companies engaging in such practices endanger lives, prioritizing profit over ethical treatment. Their approach seems fundamentally unethical, deceptive, and geared toward scamming individuals. Upon recognizing the misleading nature of the service, I promptly initiated the cancellation process. However, this involved coercive tactics, including attempts to dissuade cancellation by offering a free month of membership and resorting to scare tactics, suggesting ineligibility for medication upon cancellation, and inducing guilt trips. They even coerced agreement to a no-refund policy during the cancellation attempt via the site. To prevent further unauthorized charges, I contacted my bank, blocking the merchant and initiating a chargeback. Additionally, the app’s cancellation procedure, which initially implied ‘cancellation’ but sneakily switched to ‘unsubscribe,’ mandated monthly re-engagement to avoid recurring charges. In response to these unethical financial practices, I reported this company to both the Better Business Bureau and consumer fraud watchdogs. The tactics employed to extract money are not just unethical but akin to outright theft.

My doctor also helped me to figure out a weight loss prescription that fits my needs and is accepted by my insurance. I have had such steady and manageable progress since starting Zealthy which has been incredible. I finally feel like I am making progress.

Zealthy has helped me to lose 30 pounds and I have kept it off! I was prescribed Ozempic and my doctor helped me to get it approved by my insurance. I have a coach that has been helping me make better life choices with stuff like diet and exercise. I am so so happy.

They set you up and take your money without giving you any of the services or products. Stay away. They will jot answer the phone and they tell you when you sign up there is not refunds even if they don't provide you with any of their products.

I am not happy! The doctor was great and sweet, but I could not get the medicine due to my deductible being high! I decided to do away with the program! What got me angry is because I paid for the service for October and in November I was charged twice for the service. They claim they charged me for three months of service but I did not want extra service because I did not get any product. Who wants to pay for something they can’t get!!!!

Initially, Zealthy was convenient, easy-to-use, with staff / care team propmptly responding. After my 2nd refill, the quality of care and communication just went downhill. It seems like their UI / workflow cannot track properly the patient needs when it comes to dosage changes. The simple task of submitting a refill request is so utterly confusing, with contradicting prices... And then I'm noticing lately, they do not respond until after 2-3 days, and then I get passed around different people who are not even part of the original "care team." Out of nowhere, there's this random doctor who joined the group chat and confirmed with me a refill with the WRONG DOSAGE, and wrong price. But the company decided to charge me TWICE, once for the supposed correct refill that's taking forever to process, and the second for the wrong dosage that Dr. Random gave me. GET IT TOGETHER. IT'S A MESS

In high school I could eat whatever I wanted and I never gained weight. I played sports but I did not exercise excessively or anything. Once I went to college I started gaining weight but it wasn’t anything I was concerned about. I just turned 30 and I feel like overnight I gained 75 pounds (obviously I didn’t but it felt that way). I wanted to do something about it. I decided to sign up for Zealthy because I liked that I could do it all online. I talked with my doctor and they prescribed me Wegovy. They also helped me to get it covered by my insurance so it was affordable for me.

So, I am hoping the company stops hiding my review. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY. The "services" you receive are a series of texts that ask you nonsense question just to make you feel as if someone is building a repoire with you. Meanwhile they try to upsell you while asking you to commit to many months of services before even checking my medical history or insurance. And if I had any doubt of the scam, the business that bulled my debit account was nothing to do with health, wellness or weigh loss but a rental car agency. Please be careful if they are using fronts for their businesses scheme.

Too many people responded, and the information was always different. Zealthy told me one thing: my insurance would tell me they never got the request. I started in September trying to get weight loss help I am now a month and a half in, and I can't get anyone on the phone to help me understand what is going on. Nothing has been prescribed, I have no real updates and they keep telling me the something they will submit the request. For a company that is trying to support helping people they are doing a poor job.

I've been really stressed at work. It was keeping me up at night and sometimes I'd feel like I couldn't deal with anything - I was just freezing up. I saw an ad on Facebook and thought I'd try this out. I saw a Zealthy doctor right away. He prescribed Zoloft and sent it in the mail. Things are much better now. So glad I tried it - I'm a huge fan.

I feel like I can never lose more than 5 pounds and then I just gain it right back. Zealthy has helped me to lose 30 pounds and I have kept it off! Since I started, I have already lost 35 pounds and feel so much better. My doctor also helped me get a prescription for ozempic and he is always available to answer my questions in the message portal. This made me feel a lot more comfortable and excited to lose weight.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I ordered semaglutide from this company and I received a much lesser amount that what I ordered. (Ordered a 2 mL vial for $290.00. It was to be enough for 50 units a week for 1 month. I received a tiny mini sample vial that contained a total of 50 units in the vial, enough for 1 injection). I have called several times and messaged and I am getting no answers.

The semaglutide vial you ordered contains 2 mg of medication in 1mL, and the instructions from your provider indicate injecting 25 units, not 50 units, for the prescribed dosage. I hate going to the doctor. I hate the waiting rooms. I hate the fluorescent lighting. I just do not like it. It takes FOREVER just to see a doctor for all of 5 minutes. Zealthy has been so great for me because I can get what I need from my own home. No waiting. Not to mention they have great customer service too whenever I have any problems. I had an issue with my payment and they contacted me quickly and worked through the issue with me to get it figured out and get me back on track. Very pleased.

I have been getting my birth control from my doctor at home since I have been at college. I decided I wanted to switch from one kind to another and they said I needed to come in for a visit but I live across the country now. I looked into my online options and I found Zealthy. I was able to get my new birth control very easily online and I am so glad I made the change. So glad I discovered this service because they offer stuff besides birth control too!

I have been overweight for as long as I can remember. My whole family struggles with obesity. For the first time in my life I have felt comfortable in my own skin and I feel so much healthier. I have started running! Who am I?!? Before Zealthy I don’t think you could have paid me to run one block but last week I ran 2 miles! This has been life changing.

I feel like with a lot of the virtual weight loss programs out there you are just a number and nobody really cares about you as a person. At Zealthy I have felt so taken care of. Not only at the start of my program but as I have progressed too. The doctors are thoughtful in figuring out what is best for you which I really appreciate.
