“I was really surprised my hat came with loose srings etc, not the quality I expected”

“Beautiful hat but it was my first time purchasing here and the hat was too big. Apparently because the hat was on sale over the holidays it was a final sale item (had I known this I would not have purchased it). So I am unable to return or exchange the hat which is disappointing.”

“I would have given you guys 5 stars but your shipping/packaging of my hat was very poor. I received an item that didn’t look anything like the photo and I had to end up paying someone to fix it for me. Overall my experience was not good. I would suggest more care when shipping your hats out to your customers. I feel as a consumer I should have been offered a replacement or my money back. Your customer service on instagram did help, I will say the response time was good. After having the hat adjusted I decided to keep it. The quality is good and the fit was great.”

“My Teddy Cattleman's hat is beautiful, however, it is not styled like the one in the picture which is why I bought it. So very disappointed with this purchase for this reason.”
