“I never Got my order, the website said 3-6 days USA/Canada shipping, I ordered on the 6th, it was a Valentines gift, today is 17th and it still hasn’t left Los Angeles (based on tracking), to make things worse I have now moved out of the apartment ( the address I used)… money spent, Val’s over, gift not received.”

“I love the quality of GigiPip products! I was eyeballing the Teddy Cattleman hat for a while, the cherry red color sucked me in. This hat and the Hayes Tote had been in my cart for weeks! I finally made the investment and pulled the trigger, both items did not disappoint, and it arrived so quickly. The tote is fabulous, quality is top notch, I wish it was slightly wider, but with the tall height everything should still fit.”

“Never received my hat and I contacted the company and I got an email back basically telling me sorry it got lost in the mail. They did nothing to help me resolve this which is so unacceptable. I was shocked at their response. Never buy from this company. Horrible service. They should be shut down. Sickens me. I have no hat they have my money.”

“Although I still have not received my bag yet. It was suppose to be delivered by 2/1 but has been delayed since. I’m crossing my fingers 🤞🏼it finally gets here before we leave for our trip. I’m giving it 5 stars anyways because I have been eyeing this travel bag for some time & I’m pretty damn excited for it! 😬💜”

“I ordered a hat on Jan 21 and it has not arrived despite the fact that I paid for expedited shipping. After a text on Jan 29 that said I would get a new tracking number once the hat shipped, I have received no other infomation about my order. (Today is Feb 4.) This is extremely unsatisfactory.”

“Receive my hat , wrong size was shipped . Tried emitting twice - no response. Went online , had to speak with AI - no help . Still can’t a refund or exchange for correct size after a week of emails.”
